Relax and Unwind
This house has absolutely everything you need to real and unwind. We loved the space, the views, the fresh air flowing through the house. The sunsets were amazing. We loved our school holiday stay and we hope to be back again.

More than expected !
Great accommodation especially for families. The house was very welcoming, bright and so well appointed. Close to many sites. Back beach was great especially exploring with the children. Well equipped kitchen and lots of great outdoor space to chill, relax and unwind. Peaceful and love sitting outside watching the birds, you feel like you’re in the trees! Definitely recommend this as a great place to stay

Peaceful Location
Lovely views, large, spacious home with generous-sized rooms and living space.Heaps of parking and a large, secure backyard. The kitchen had an excellent supply of pots, pans, and cutlery. Bathrooms and toilets were well stocked. Close proximity to shops, beaches, and hot springs. The host was helpful, friendly, and accommodating.

A great weekend away
We loved happy hour on the deck with the stunning views across the tea-trees to the ocean. Location to wineries great as was the walk to the beach. Games were a bonus and we enjoyed some of these.

Overall lovely clean place,loved the upstairs living area and bedrooms, some of the coffee cups needed cleaning though and a photo of the inside staircase would have been helpful since one of our group was elderly and infirm. Thanks to Tarni for helpful and easy prompt communication

Big spacious house with gorgeous views
We were 2x families staying for 2 nights. Plenty of room for everyone. Kids were entertained downstairs playing air hockey and playstation. Parents were upstairs by the fire. Stunning views out the dining and kitchens windows. Would definitely book this property again.

We had an amazing time at this house. It was big, open and spacious. The big decks had lovely views out to the water. The house was well stocked with games and things to amuse the children (and the adults too!). The wi fi is good and foxtel as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Pictures don’t do this place justice
We stayed over 2 nights at this beautiful house. I was not expecting the gorgeous natural light filled living areas as we walked up the stairs! This place is incredibly relaxing, open and has an excellent vibe/feeling. You can tell the owners are wonderful and thoughtful. We stay in 3-4 different stayz houses a year and this place is right up there as my favourite. The beds are super comfortable (even better than at home!). The balcony outside with Weber Q BBQ was a great surprise. The kids loved the kids play room & foxtel. Our dogs were very secure in the yard. Short drive to Kmart, shops and beach and only 90mins from Melbourne. Couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you so much for having us :)

Wonderful Stay!
We booked the house for a multi-generational family trip away but unfortunately grandparents and brother in law fell down with Covid and couldn’t attend. As such we had the whole house for 2 adults and 2 kids and it was huge! Love the idea of a kitchen upstairs takes great advantage of the view! Lovely strong hot water for showers and every amenity has been thought of. The only very tiny negatives are that the cubby house needs a little TLC and the down stairs bunks beds need some WD-40 they are very squeaky but overall did not affect our stay in any way :)

We had a girls weekend away and had a great time, the house was lovely & clean with great views, we enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine watching the beautiful sunset, our dog Bella loved it too, we will definitely be back, thanks Tarni 🙂🙂

We loved our stay! The views were beautiful, we enjoyed sitting on the balcony at sunset. The house was very spacious and clean. It was in a great location, close to the beach and close to the main strip in Rye. We will definitely coming back to stay again!

Loved 270 degrees
We absolutely loved this house and felt at home as soon as we walked in the door. Watching the sunsets and listening to the waves in the evening was spectacular. The house was really comfortable, the kitchen had everything you could need and the bed in the master bedroom was ultra-comfy. Loved the sleep-ins in this quiet location. The property was totally secure for my dog, who loved it there also. There is so much to do in the area within a short drive. One of the reasons I booked this place was because of the great reviews and they were spot on. Tarni made everything to do with the booking easy. My only regret is that I didn't stay longer !! Can't wait to stay again 10/10 (the churros and ice cream at Mubble I would highly recommend also )

Golf Boys weekend away
Four mates just wanting a relaxed place after a game of golf and feeling tired. Upstairs lounge was excellent with an open fire and nice couches. Kitchen was clean, fresh ground beans for coffee and new cups, mugs, plates etc. Panoramic view and a very clean house with thoughtful shampoo, shops etc. Beds a little soft, but ok. I am happy to recommend and come back again with mates or my family. The host is fantastic, she is responsive and considerate and made the process even more enjoyable. All the best.

Thanks Trevor. We love to host golfing groups, being so close to all the best golf courses in Rye, and have many return visitors.
