Jim and Barbara’s place at Opus 21 was an exceptional location for a superb get-away for the week.

Jim and Barbara made everything about renting this place smooth and easy. It’s a spectacular location, with amenities galore.

Great stay

Amazing location and view. Just walk out back doors and your on beach. House has everything you need to enjoy the week. Have been to this location and area many times and will definitely be back.

Excellent rental, on beach, well designed and maintained. Owners very diligent and available.

Great experience, beach location with easy access to major Orlando’s attractions. House is very pleasant and in great shape, owners giving full attention to their property. Also, owners responsible and attentive. Our family of four really enjoyed the week at this location.

Great for families, 3 bedrooms!

We were right on the beach, sea turtle tracks outside the condo. Well supplied with beach towels, kitchen items, even shampoos. Free WiFi that worked well. Highly recommend.

Our 3rd Visit

We enjoy the home and the location on a private beach. Property has been freshly painted, furniture improved, a new dishwasher, washing machine and best of all a wine frig. Found another good restaurant as well as enjoying our favorites.

Heartwarming and Wonderful Visit

The property is great, the ocean is spectacular and the surroundings offer many parks for walks and sightseeing. Perhaps the best part was communicating with the owner and property manager. They obviously cared about our visit and truly wanted us to have a good experience in Melbourne Beach. Great trip!

Simply loved this location

We absolutely loved this beautiful beachfront home. It is as beautiful as the photos and wonderfully stocked with everything you could need for your vacation. The house has spectacular views over the beach for sunrises and sunsets. We saw dolphins, many pelicans and other water birds. The beach is very clean and not busy. We highly recommend this property and will definitely go back.

Great place!

Very nice place! We appreciated all of the amenities. The closeness to and the privacy of the beach were just what we were looking for. Our girls enjoyed having their own space. The second master was a huge hit. And the balcony views of the sunrise were fantastic. Thank you!

Perfect Beach Week

We love the beach and the week we stayed the weather was perfect. There were very few people out so the beach felt very private. We were able to use the lounge chairs and coolers from the garage which was really nice. I loved the proximity to the 7-11 and Publix. I was able to grab a fresh donut each morning with just a quick walk across the street. Highly recommend giving this place a try!

Serene and relaxing

The place is exactly as advertised. This is our second time staying here. The sound and view of the ocean from the balcony is amazing. The kitchen is well stocked. The place is very clean. Easy access to the beach right behind you. We have never seen more than a handful of people within view when on the beach. Just a great place for us to relax, getaway and just enjoy.

Slice of heaven!

Perfect location and all the amenities you could need to make it feel like a true home away from home. Our family enjoyed our stay very much with a perfect beach, sea turtle sightings every night and an ice cream place withing walking distance. We even caught 2 rockets taking off from Cape Canaveral that was a total surprise. The heat was excessive, but no one can predict record highs and sticking the beach chairs in the water fixed that right up!

Didn't want to leave!

We had a wonderful stay at Jim and Barb's rental. The location was perfect, right on the beach yet still quiet and away from the crowds. Everyone we met at the other condos were so nice and other than having someone use our parking space a couple times, there were no hiccups. Jim and Barb provide everything you need and then some from a fan to books and games to beach chairs/umbrellas and sand toys to bug spray and sunscreen. We would definitely come back.

Beautiful and Comfortable Stay

First of all this home was beautiful inside and out. It had all the items and utensils we needed. The views were amazing from this beach home. We saw turtles and a manatee from the balcony. This home and all of Opus is very quiet and very safe. The host made us feel very welcomed in their home. They had great communication with us and answered our questions whenever we needed them. The ocean is right outside the back door and anything you need is with 5-15 minutes. We are looking forward to the next time we are able to stay here.

Rest & Relaxation

We enjoyed our time at the beach house. It was clean, comfortable, and the perfect place to relax after several days at Disney World. The kitchen was fully equipped, and it was a nice touch leaving a bottle of wine and snacks. We loved the master suites. Or son really enjoyed having his own master suite. 😊 It was an awesome location, you could walk right out on the beach. There was a beautiful view of the water. It was very relaxing hearing the sound of the ocean. It’s always a plus when there’s a washer and dryer available. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay for the whole family.

WONDERFUL HOME AWAY FROM HOME

We have found our forever vacation rental on the East Coast. Melbourne Beach is lovely but this condo tops the cake! Multi-level condo makes it great for Families with adult children. We visited with our adult daughters and their friends and we had so much privacy. The beach is literally right in the back yard. The cleanliness, layout, and comfort of this condo was top notch. We seen baby turtles, mama turtles, rays jumping from the water, dolphins all steps from the condo. The beach was empty! The privacy was wonderful! The condo had everything needed! Just bring your clothes and some food and you’re all set! We will be back to Jim and Barb's beautiful home!

Wonderful but a bit worn

This property is unique in its layout and very functional. The ocean views are striking especially since it is an end unit. As mentioned by many, the kitchen is a chef’s delight equipped with about everything you could imagine. Our hosts and local contact were very available and helpful. Also, we were impressed with the very manageable traffic in the area, and convenient restaurants and services. On the down side, some seating had sagging surfaces. The downstairs master bath is very small but has a great shower. A bit of a “refresh” is due. No question the positives far out weigh any negatives.

The Perfect Beach Getaway

Jim and Barbara were the best hosts. They were very responsive and thorough before and after we booked. The description of the property was accurate and the pictures could not even do it justice. We loved the character and charm of the townhouse. The property had everything we needed and more. We especially appreciated the extra touches from the host like the wine and snacks as well as having everything you need at the beach from chairs to umbrellas, coolers and toys. The views from the unit were spectacular no matter where you were. It was amazing to wake up to beautiful ocean views every morning. It was very easy to get down to the beach and we appreciated the privacy on the beach. We also enjoyed picnicking or sitting out on the grassy backyard area listening to the waves. This was exactly what we were looking for and needed. Thank you Barb and Jim for being accessible during our stay and quickly addressing any issue or need we had. We hope to be back again!
