With 2 large bedrooms, each with a queen bed and private bath, you'll find all you need to be a home away from home. In addition to easy private ocean access, amenities include heated pools, dock to river, kayaks, and tennis courts. Whether you're exploring the nearby attractions or simply relaxing in the inviting atmosphere, we hope you'll enjoy our updated townhome with a lovely white kitchen and granite countertops. Back patio and courtyard offers additional space for lounging. 1 small dog allowed. Day trips can include Cape Canaveral/ Kennedy Space Center, Orlando and the Parks or the Sebastian Inlet. Melbourne Beach offers beautiful beaches and the best of Florida environment. You won't be disappointed. Available for month of April 2026. Minimum stay = 1 month.

We had a wonderful stay. Perfect location for us. The unit was perfect for us as a family of 4. It provided everything we needed for our 2 week stay. The host was fantastic and accommodating. We had an issue and it was immediately addressed. Communication was fantastic leading up to the stay and while we were there.
