The property was nice, and rooms were clean on arrival, and had comfortable bedding.
However there were a few things we weren't happy with, another customer smoked weed in the room just down from us. The smell was so strong, throughout our area, the hallway and our room. We notified the staff and they barely acknowledged it. We felt they could have at least apologised and tried something to sort it out- moved us or something. (We had our kids with us)
Then due to circumstances we couldn't control, we needed to stay another night, when we went to book it, they said yes and quoted a price, which we were charged. However the next morning, they had no record of us staying another night, despite the money coming out from our account. Another thing was that they charged us an extra $20. When I asked what it was for- they said they 'didn't realise the extra night was more expensive' despite it being a Monday- not exactly peak time. Anyway it bothered us that they charged us, without asking or explanation, a polite conversation explaining the situation would have be lovely. I think it was super unprofessional to add a charge, due to the staff mistake and without consultation prior.
Overall the staff service was not great- we felt they could have done much better- especially as we didn't want to be in the building for one whole day, because of the weed smell.
Other things to note are that you cannot use the tv properly unless you have personal accounts for each service.
