- Located in the Riante Colline area, 8 minutes on foot from the centre, on the -1 floor of a building, a lovely 3-room apartment for 4 people, approximately 45m2. Outdoor heated swimming pool in summer and tennis court

- A living room/lounge, TV, all overlooking a West-facing balcony.

- A second cabin bedroom with bunk beds.
