"I’d give this place 10 stars if I could. We were treated like royalty. The place and the rooms are beautiful and elegant. The history and significance of it includes surviving the atomic bomb. There’s 2 original windows in the dining room that survived the bomb. It’s a hidden gem in Nagasaki that I can’t say enough about. Everyone in our party of 5 said they liked this hotel the best. If you want to be treated better than any other hotel you’ve ever stayed at try this place. "
"Clean, spacious, everything we needed! Staff was kind and helpful. Parking is available and there is a cute cafe downstairs. They have free luggage lockers too. Highly recommended!"
"New hotel for me in a different part of the city, great location for what I needed, on site parking was perfect, excellent buffet breakfast, staff really helpful and friendly, definitely stay here again 👍"
"The check-in process was fast, easy and efficient! Loved the onsen, and how clean everything was! Checkout was as simple as dropping the access key card in a box. "
"We stayed here for 2 nights to explore the main tourist attractions in Nagasaki. Only a 15 minute drive to the Mountain view and a short walk to Chinatown, Dutch slopes and the Glover garden. The location was great. Even the carpark close by were cheap so having a car wasn’t an issue.
The place was cosey and clean and it fit me and my 3 family members comfortably. All the usual were provided so we were well looked after.
I would recommend this place to anyone who is coming for a quick stop in...
"Service from the staff was top notch. Moca went way above expectations with her performance. She made my day. The only knock I have is the lack of laundry facilities. "

10/10 Excellent
"Everything is excellent, staffs are so friendly and hi extra miles to help us book taxi and restaurant, only house keeping has to improve as some of our rooms haven’t been cleaned up as some were cleaned even some of us forgot to put out the clean up room sign."
"Beautiful and clean service great but no tattoos and it felt a bit discriminative. The room was above any other hotels, I have been to, newly renovated or built, the room was fantastic."

"Staying at Marriott hotel is a treat. I was able to give max 5 stars, and I wojld give min of 10! Every single member of staff appears professional, they were always polite and very helpful. The room was something else, if we could, we would live there. Compare to prices in the UK oir 2 days stay was cheap and we thoroughly enjoyed that. If you can, book Marriott!"
"Service is very good, staffs are always helping. Room is very clean. Several minutes walking to Glover Garden and you will get a terrific view of the city and feel the charm of both history and architecture of the city! This is far beyond my expectation on a Crown Plaza hotel! "
