"Lot of noise in the evening and the food was poor for the price"

"Most people didn’t seem to have AI and so certain items not an available and pool bar / resturant menu fairly restrictive. Plenty activities and animation team activities. Tennis courts no longer exist which was a shame - 1squash court available. Pool areas wonderful loads of beds but busy. Nice thick cushions. All staff in all areas were very helpful and friendly. "

"Great reception staff, had to change rooms after 1 night, due to a member booking. It was all handled well. Not keen on the live entertainment each evening alongside the Pool Bar but it did end around 10pm each night. Ongoing work on some apartments but wouldn’t have known till we saw it from the roadside. Great holiday again."

"Wasn’t checked in at the preferred reception for some reason ? Also the butler service was non existent in preferred club areas. Apart from that the hotel and service was excellent"

"Modern hotel, good location. Room itself was good, however the location was poor (room 229). No sun at any time of day on the balcony. Right above the children’s play area at the restaurant so v noisy from early morning. Also next to the entertainment area, but back of stage so couldn’t actually see, but could hear! Entertainment stops at 10pm so not too bad. We didn’t move rooms as had already unpacked. We did pre-request a quiet location with a view - we got neither. This hotel is great if you have young children. Not really geared up for older kids (though the teenage club room had pool/computer games). Overall a lovely hotel, but not quite right for us. "

"Very clean hotel, staff brilliant at this throughout. Great location everything walkable. Breakfast is plenty and good choices, plenty of sunbeds, pool was cold but its only April "

"The room was spacious and was maintained and cleaned every day. The amenities were enough for the guests to enjoy. It's just the jacuzzi, I never understood why teens cannot use it, and must be 18 years old or above. I couldn’t say it’s a pet-friendly place because they have stray cats that roam around, and places are restricted even for a small dog. The night show, disappointed, focuses just on the children. "
