"Fabulous location! Wish we stayed longer than 2 nights! The only thing is the layout labelling and instructions on how to get to your room, with only certain elevators going to sections and floors are - or + and the signage for a,b,c etc buildings is confusing. We did figure it out the second day, so if you stay longer and aren't completely addled, you will be fine. I understand that Locke de Santa Joana is made up of several historic buildings (3 dating back to the 15th century) and protected as national hermitage etc...and I'm sure whoever designed the mapping did so to make it as user-friendly as possible but maybe the hotel can add something more/else to limit frustration for travellers."

"Great location with view of main cathedral in town. It is close to many restaurants and tourist attractions. Hotel staff are helpful and courteous. Rooftop bar is excellent with great view."

"The hotel is conveniently located as it is close to the airport. It is also close to metro stations. The hotel could use new pillows as the ones in our room were flat, and the towels also smelt damp. It does not seem that early check-in is an option, even if an hour or two earlier than the 3 PM check-in time. Otherwise, our stay at the hotel was decent."

"Excellent accommodations and great daily activities and entertainment. Food was amazing - delicious and a great variety! Our family very much enjoyed our vacation at this resort. The only critical comment is the transportation arrangement. The hotel is good about calling a taxi for you, but taxi drivers do not use a meter. The price is set by a "manager" at a hotel entrance. It seems 30 euro is the minimum even if your destination is 10 min away. And they also ask for tips of 5 euro. This wasn't reasonable."
