"The place was worst than shown on add. The check in was at 10:00 am but it was given to us at 2:30 , there was no toilet paper , dirty counter top , no mirror above the vanity sink , loose shower enclosure, insecure front door entry, dirty parking lot , dead “Bat” on the parking lot ground , rats running on the yard fence, the pool was nothing like shown on the add . The on site manager was helpful and friendly , but not knowledgeable enough about the hotel business "

"Merhabalar. Üç kız kardeş birlikte 2 gün konakladığımız saklı göl evlerinde çok dinlendirici bir tatil yaşadık. Yemekler çok güzeldi. Servis çok hızlı çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve saygılıydı. Kaldığımız bungalov otoparktan çok uzakta olduğu için eşya taşıma konusunda çok yardımcı oldular. Kafa dinlemek için çok isabetli bir tesis. "Very nice beach, plenty of loungers, spa was lovely had a full body scrub, clay and foam Turkish bath. Staff are very friendly, especially reception desk where nothing is too difficult and they will accommodate what they can to enhance your stay. The buffet is ok, could be better because unless you pay for the a la carte, this is your only option for evenings which is disappointing. Plenty of food options outside and patisserie and coffee place in lounge is very nice too. Highly recommended!"

"The room we got is very outdated and looked very basic. The mini bar had a glass door with bright light coming through and during the night it lit up the room and we could not sleep. However, the next day their staff turned the light off of the mini bar. The hair dryer didn’t had enough power to dry hair. The property outdoor area facing the Mediterranean Sea is really nice and they have their own private beach which is accessed through an elevator and a tunnel. Unfortunately the room which was given to us is not at all good.."
