"Enjoyed dinner and breakfast in the dining room - both were excellent with great flavours and generous portions. The hotel had an old world luxury feel and the bar offered friendly service and great music entertainment. "
"I think your room type can really decide how your stay was here- we upgraded to the castle view suite and were obsessed with our room. Other parties staying on lower floors enjoyed the hotel but the experience was very different. For the castle view suite, you have a stunning view of the castle and a lot of modern touches, like a heated towel rack, rain shower and tub with bath salts, lights that can automatically turn to night mode or open your blinds, and some free alcohol in your fridge. The beds were super comfy and the air con worked well. Front desk staff was friendly and check in and check out was simple. They have a small parking lot out back which was free but tight. Breakfast onsite was spectacular- from the free items you get in the beginning, to the coffee, everything was great. We did have one cocktail at the lounge and they had a great selection, including drinks with fresh mint. Did not use the spa but prices seemed fair. Would definitely recommend staying here, especially in the castle view suite."
