Welcome home to your bright guest studio with a comfortable King Bed, Smart TV, couch, & small dining table. Kitchenette includes fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster & coffee station. Large bathroom with double sinks & double shower heads.

Your suite Is located in a safe East Medford cul-de-sac, close to shopping, restaurants, the I-5 freeway, and highway 62.

You ill have reserved parking under the carport, which will lead you to a path to the rear of the home where your suite is located. You will receive a door code for self check in.

You will be provided with a secure link to your digital keycard, which includes everything you will need for your stay, including, check-in instructions, your house guide, area recommendations, requests for late check-out and early check-in, wifi information, access, parking and gate and door codes and more.

**This is an attached guest suite, that shares a wall with guest in the other unit, it's possible that some sound could carry between units, which is why we ask for quiet hours from 10pm-9am. Laundry room is shared between the two units.

**The pocket door to the bathroom does not wor. Instead there is a room divider up until the door can be properly replaced.

**There is NOT a full size kitchen in this guest studio, Kitchenette includes a fridge, microwave, kuerig coffie machine, pour over coffee maker, electric hot water kettle and toaster, as well as basic dishes, cups & silverware. Coffee & tea is provided.

** This unit is at the back of the house, you will need to follow a short gravel path from the carport parking area to the door of your apartment. It may not be suitable for individuals with mobility issues.
