Trek to RoxyAnn Peak and picnic in Prescott Park- a 15 minute ride to incredible views and natural wonders. Prescott Park is 1,740 acres of hiking and mountain biking trails, both paved and unpaved, with unparalleled views of the Rogue Valley. RoxyAnn Peak is the crown jewel of this park with its peak offering stunning vistas of the Rogue Valley and as far as Mount Shasta.

The Space
Our 24 hour self check-in ensures the unit is available when you are! With two floors, the front entry brings you into the ground floor, white tiled foyer. There you can choose to leave the shoes (or not). Adult slippers provided.

Round the corner to the full laundry or to the ground floor full bath, two large bedrooms or to patio. The laundry room is appointed with a new washer and dryer, providing for all in-home laundering needs; supplies are included.

Travel up the stairs to an open floor plan with a great room, kitchen and dining, in a large, light filled space, with high ceilings. Many conveniences include high speed, 1 gig wi-fi, TV with Google TV, YouTube TV, and Netflix, with the master en-suite located on this level, (the unit has three bedrooms total). The great room has a comfy loveseat and ottoman combo that can be easily converted to a temporary extra sleeper on the second floor. Fresh air is available year round with portable HEPA air systems found throughout.

The townhome includes a well - stocked kitchen (gas range, large french door refrigerator, coffeemaker, teapot, waffle iron, griddle, blender, food processor, cookware, pans, etc) a complete wine set up with racks, openers, glasses; enjoy a bottle of local red and white as a welcome!

In the spacious great room find three deep jacquard sofas, a mantel-mounted 65” 4K OLED Smart TV, and a warm gas fireplace. The adjacent dining area provides a dining table along with additional double bar seating…ideal for family reunions, living transitions or group business trips.

Our second-floor Master Forest Suite is appointed with a king-sized bed and a large, private, light-filled bath that includes different mood lighting options.
In the spacious walk in closet; find an en suite office area with a touch screen, sit-stand desk and fully ergonomic seating. Comfy robes make it easy to relax.

Two mini-suites found on the first floor of the townhome include: the Redwood Room featuring a queen bed with a large bay window and plentiful closet space. and the Gold Beach Room offering queen bed and private access to the outdoor patio.

All of the beds include new furniture and cozy linens; bedside tables with built-in device charging and lighting, and 100% black-out, thermal curtains for a good night's rest. HEPA air systems make sleep easy and peaceful. Starter toiletries include shampoo, conditioner, soaps, and shower gel and extras for those things you may have forgotten.

Dedicated on-site parking is steps from the unit. One dedicated space and multiple 24 hour visitor spaces, are close. Single car garage can be made available for your moving transition storage.

Walking trails surrounding the community, assist with daily exercise and pets.

For travel nurses and those visiting for medical care, the townhome is an easy 10-15 minute commute to either Providence or Asante hospitals.

Well behaved pets are always welcome. Bowls, food storage, pet towel and pet bed available.
