Relax in this quiet 3BR home centrally located near the Medford airport, with 4 beds & space for up to 6 guests.
Enjoy a fully fenced yard with a new grill, firepit, & outdoor seating. Inside features a full kitchen, washer/dryer, large smart TV in the living room, TVs in each bedroom, 2 bathrooms, and a dedicated workspace.
*Pet-friendly with dog amenities (up to 2 dogs per stay)

POLICY REMINDERS:
- Cancelations are dependent on the channel and rate you booked. For direct and standard rates: Cancellations made 5+ days before arrival, a full refund minus a $39 cancellation fee will be issued (non-refundable rates excluded). After that, only the cleaning fee will be refunded.

Stayed 4 nights for 4 adults and 1 doggy, for the Cheese Festival. This house was perfect! Close to all attractions and shopping and dining! Such a quiet neighborhood too! I loved the interior design and most appliances were top notch. So glad there was a doggy door, that was a HUGE bonus! It came with pretty much everything you would need. We just had to buy more trash can liners and extra tissue boxes, but that was it. When we first arrived, the yards were in desperate need of some TLC. All I had to do was send an email to Wanderlodges and BAM! Yards were all neat and tidy! The only suggestion I would give would be to remove the large dead tree in the front and replace with a nice flowering fruitless tree or something ornamental.
