Large kitchen! Quiet Cul-de-sac!

Spacious 1980's home located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the safe area of East Medford. Conveniently located near I-5 & Hwy 62, 8 minutes from airport, close to plenty of shopping and restaurants.

-Newly remodeled hall bath with and deep tub
-Private fenced yard
-Fire Pit

**This is NOT a shared house! It is a Duplex: 1 bedroom apartment attached to the house, it's a separate unit, separated by the shared laundry room.

We live in town, but not at the residence. You can reach us by messaging.

1980's subdivision, home is at the end of a quiet cul de sac. Close access to Freeway, Airport, shopping, restaurants, bus stop, school park, and other amenities.

-The laundry area is shared with the tenants in the attached back studio apartment . No other spaces on the property or house are shared, all other areas of the home are private, including the front & back yards, driveway parking, entrance, and heating, A/c.

- Check-in 4pm - Check-out 10am ( early check in or late check out can sometimes be arranged - After booking, please use your Digital Keycard to request it.

- Quiet Hours 10pm - 9am - Laundry hours 9am-10pm

-The hot tub in the back yard is under maintenance/repair and is not part of the rental, it is NOT AVAILABLE for guest use

-We do allow pets, although all common areas are hard flooring, the bedrooms have carpet. If you have pet allergies, this may not be best suited for you.



There is a bus stop within walking distance, great walking/biking neighborhood, Uber, Lyft & Taxi's are readily available.

As advertised

This is not a five star resort, but it is five stars because it is exactly as advertised. I was traveling for work with my husband and my dog and this house was perfect for our needs. It was clean. Backyard was great for my little dog. They had all the amenities, including the washer and dryer to make the week easier.

Great Location

Came to town for a basketball tournament. Great location next to Sportsman's, Olive Garden, and many others in the center of Medford. Nice neighborhood and roomy house. Thank you for a great stay.

Great place to stay

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was nice and clean and quiet. The only problem we had was the back door. We could not get it to open without great difficulty so we just left it open while we were there. It was centrally located. We would recommend it to anyone.

Very clean accommodating home for 6 adults

We're a group of 6 adults that stayed the weekend to visit wineries in the area. We found the house super clean and the bedrooms comfortable. The living room, dining, kitchen area is quite large. Our one issue was the lack of chairs for a group of 6 to comfortably dine together. We would highly recommend this property if this issue gets resolved.

Cute Home, Well Appointed

We stayed one night in this VRBO. It was very clean and cozy. Convenient to most locations. Note there is a shred laundry space with rear tenant and when we stayed, the info said there was Netflix but there were only a handful of channels of regular tv and the tv in the bedroom didn’t seem to work.

Great place

Loved the house. No problems except the back door was real hard to open. We were afraid we’d break it so we left it open most of the time. They had the air conditioning on when we got there and the home was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for us. We were able to get out and get to stores and restaurants quick. They had all the stuff in the kitchen just like home. We would stay again for sure.

quiet & comfortable but not stress free

The place was clean, & quiet. However, It was within the hour of check in before we received an address or a door code. A little stressful since we were traveling over 300 miles. Called and left messages but we did not receive a call or text back. We got a little nervous, but a text came in at the last minute with the info we needed. The back door to the yard , was extremely hard to open and appears to need a new handle. Again the house was quiet and clean and beds were compfortable.
