The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of different options. I also was grateful to be able to get a dinner at the hotel.

I needed a magnifying makeup mirror…and the amenity items: the lotion, hand soap and shower gel were all “scented”….I am sensitive to smell and these gave me a headache…although I like the brand (ZeroOne) I would have preferred an unscented option. Otherwise loved my stay!

For the price of the room you would think they would be clean. It didn’t feel like anything was wiped down in there. The refrigerator didn’t work so we lost money for the food that was stored in there. The nicest area of the hotel was the main entrance/dining. The rooms felt a little dated for only being built in 2016. The breakfast was good although you have to pay for the buffet you serve yourself. It was just like any other breakfast at a hotel. Next time I will spend almost $200 at another hotel that I know will be clean.

Three nights at the hotel and not one new fresh towel or linen change- no garbage removed either. The room was untouched for those days. Holiday inn cleans everyday- Is this not a Hilton hotel?? Lady at the front desk was most welcoming- Male staff seemed to be annoyed when asked for assistance- Is that not their job ? I am confused as to why I am paying a premium- considering I travel to Medford three to four times a year.

I stayed here on Christmas because it's a pet-friendly hotel. BEWARE: if you want to bring a pet, it was a $75 pet fee plus tax (Oregon doesn't even have sales tax), making the pet fee $84.13 PER NIGHT. A complete and total ripoff, never in my life have I seen a hotel charge so much for a one night pet fee. To top it off, after we paid as much as a luxury hotel to stay here, the room was dirty, there was dirt on the carpet, there were leftover pills on the floor of the bathroom, and the blinds had stains on them. It was a gross room. I'm very disappointed in their false advertising for the pet fee, I was totally bamboozled upon checking in, nowhere in advance did anyone tell me the pet fee when I called twice to tell them I was bringing my 5# dog and the fee isn't advertised online. Stay elsewhere that doesn't charge these kinds of pet fees and somewhere where you don't find leftover pills in the bathroom. It was all around gross.

The big lamp on the tv console was blinking and needed fixing. There are courtesy utensils or plastic cups. But I got the ground floor I requested so not bad overall

Walking in it looked like a nice hotel experience, check in went smooth. However the room was less than ideal. We were placed in a room with an excelent view of the 10 hvac units that clicked on and off all night, 2 satelite dishes, and the vents for the grill. The matress/bed noisey, like it had been assembled incorrectly, or was unblanced. The pillows and i use that term lightly were flat and felt cheap and overused. The walls of our room were covered in scuff marks overall and smelt like stale cigarettes. (We dont smoke). I booked this Hilton Garden inn with previous positive experiences at others in the chain. Unfortunately it was let down. We wont be staying again.

Hilton has such a good reputation so I had no qualms about staying here for the weekend. However, the front desk clerk didn't tell me the internet was not working or that room service would only be once for our stay. So I went up to our room, which was great, but only to discover no internet. And the hallways were freezing cold as if the air conditioner was on full blast. I called the clerk who said that they were switching providers. So, NO INTERNET. Then at 3:30am, the fire alarm blasted. I called the clerk, and was told, "it was nothing, don't worry" and could not go back to sleep. We were out the entire day looking at houses to buy and came back, still no internet and no housekeeping. Finally I found out that their new policy was to for housekeeping every other day. I had to ask for new towles and more coffee for the next day. The next morning, I went to fill up our water bottles for a long journey back home, and the machine was broken. I had to go to the restaurant and the waitress was not happy to fill up my bottles. All and all, it was a huge disappointment. I'll think twice before booking with Hilton again.

Great Place to Stay
Ease of check-in, super clean rooms, comfortable beds, hot showers. The themostat was easy to adjust to the guests' comfort, very quiet while we were there for one night. Would definitely stay there again.

The staff was friendly. However at 4pm our room wasnt ready for check-in. 40 minutes later I checked back to get a room and received keys to an occupied room. Eventually, we got a room and 2 free bottles of water.

Evening front desk staff not very friendly. No morning coffee available on both the days of our stay. The first day they were out of coffee, and the second they were out of cups. Breakfast not included in the stay, $17 for breakfast. Didn't clean our room although requested.

We reserved an ADA room to accomidate a wheelchair bound individual. Bathroom facility was good but access to beds did not allow safe transfer of individual from chair to bed. Space in room would accomodate repositioning of bed to allow this to occur. We need to be able to walk around the chair to position infront to manuever to bed safely. A second chair in space would also be welcome.

For a Hilton (even a franchise) it looked good on the surface, but corner cutting underneath. Ask for a soft-service after 2 days. "We only do a service after 4 days." Things like alarm clocks either unplugged or with the wrong time (isn't that something housekeeping should check for reset between every guest?) The lobby, pool, patio, and restaurant were all quite good. The staff attitude for polite requests was....surly. I could have spent less coin for equal service. Not the service experience I expect from a Hilton.
