Hilton has such a good reputation so I had no qualms about staying here for the weekend. However, the front desk clerk didn't tell me the internet was not working or that room service would only be once for our stay. So I went up to our room, which was great, but only to discover no internet. And the hallways were freezing cold as if the air conditioner was on full blast. I called the clerk who said that they were switching providers. So, NO INTERNET. Then at 3:30am, the fire alarm blasted. I called the clerk, and was told, "it was nothing, don't worry" and could not go back to sleep. We were out the entire day looking at houses to buy and came back, still no internet and no housekeeping. Finally I found out that their new policy was to for housekeeping every other day. I had to ask for new towles and more coffee for the next day. The next morning, I went to fill up our water bottles for a long journey back home, and the machine was broken. I had to go to the restaurant and the waitress was not happy to fill up my bottles. All and all, it was a huge disappointment. I'll think twice before booking with Hilton again.
