I had the most relaxing time at Royal. The staff was excellent. The breakfast restaurant was great, not alot of options but breakfast was good, the eggs and papayas were always delicious!!! The neighborhood was super safe, you can walk around with no worries. There’s a lady across the street that sells empanadas, they were sooo good!!! My overall stay at Royal exceeded my expectations!! It was great!! Thank you all for such a pleasant stay.

I stayed here for 3 weeks, and loved it! The women running it are a true team, and it makes you feel both safe and seen, as a solo, female traveler. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous and the food delicious. There is a lot of street noise, and if people are in the hall, you can hear them, but no noise from room to room. Honestly, unless I was in a meeting, the noise wasn't an issue. Check this place out. You won't regret it!

This place is amazing. I can’t wait to come back to Columbia just so I can stay here again. The rooms are phenomenal. Staff is nice. The breakfast is great. Location is amazing safe I travel here alone to get my teeth done and it was the best experience of my life I can’t wait to come back for fun.

Nice hotel, great location

It’s a very nice hotel, modern and the staff is excellent. Good, tasty breakfast options. The area is great, lots of restaurants around the corner and a nice big grocery store not far away. My only complaint was because of the industrial feel to the rooms there was quite a bit of noise from the water pipes. The morning I left the sound of running water actually woke me up and it was still very loud when I checked out a few hours later.

I really enjoyed my apartment because it had an amazing view looking into the city on the balcony along with my floating bed and spa tub. Everything was within walking distance from the bars including restaurants. I'm definitely staying at Royal Living Poblado nextime when I visit Medellin Colombia.

Perfect Place for you and your family!

We traveled to Medellín from Austin, and I can confidently say it has been an amazing experience. The staff is outstanding, and the facilities are absolutely beautiful. I had read some reviews mentioning noise, but I didn’t find it to be an issue at all. If you’re staying in El Poblado, you’ll naturally hear some city noise everywhere. Here, I felt truly at peace, and the location is perfect. Thank you so much! Espero verlos pronto.

The loud traffic early morning was not fun. Location was perfect. As far as the room, the water pressure on the tub was horrible. We couldn’t even take a bath because it would have taking at least 4 hours to fill up, that’s how bad it was. Also we can hear every time someone showers or flush the toilet. The water set runs right through the kitchen wall which is right next to the bed. That was horrible.

Booked the room for jacuzzi. The Jacuzzi did not work. The staff said that it cannot be fixed and room could not be changed as they were full. If I had known I would have not booked it. I think I paid the rate for no reason. The staff declined any discount. Disappointed.

Had a great time at the property. Turned into my favorite hotel out of my 2 dozen times or more staying in Medellin. It appeared as though construction was being done around the hotel and the area, so the view was a bit underwhelming but a great place to stay when you want to relax but also enjoy the local culture.

I booked the best room here for my solo birthday trip.Valeria checked me in and she was great. While I was out she reached out asking to borrow the blow dryer. No problem. I returned realizing I lost my key. Now an older gentleman's at the front desk. I told him I lost my key. He told me I'd have to wait til morning. I insisted there was something they can do. I told him Valeria went in my room while I was out so if staff was able to enter for a blow dryer then they can get me into my room! He eventually took the handle off of my door and used a master key to let me in. They never repaired the handle, it stayed that way thru out my stay. Hanging I wanted to be soaking in a bubble bath when my birthday came in. The water flowed so slowly and was only warm, so the tubs basin would turn it cold. I ended up filling all the pots with water, boiling then dumping it into the tub. After 15xs, I was able to fill the water just above the jets, then realized the jets didn't work! Shower no light, no washcloths, hard bed. They're breakfast not good, only 3 choices. The location is not so good. There's more hotel's in a better area, 10 min walk. Final day as I'm leaving, staff came behind me saying they had to ckeck the room before I left. I went back inside and she(not V) locked me in! She returned saying I owed for 2 keys and checking out late. I disagreed but she refused to let me leave. I was forced to pay under duress. Disputing with CC company. HORRIBLE!!!
