This is a fantastic place to stay. The staff is excellent and friendly. I've been staying there for years. Many more affordable places exist, but I refuse to stay anywhere else. I feel more secure at this location. One thing you should know: there is no parking if you are thinking about renting a car. Uber and taxi pick-ups are easily accessible. There are many stores and restaurants within short walking distance from the hotel.

Very good location, excellent service, the staff have all great attitude. They can offer 3 rooms suites, which I think is amazing. Windows need urgent isolation to avoid the loud exterior noise during the nights and looks that they have some issues with the hot water that goes on and off.

Provenza lofts is the perfect stay in a hot spot of medellin, PROVENZA!! Prior to our stay we booked a patagliding experiance through a neighbor hotel haven, which is right around the corner! Haven also has a rooftop restaurant super cute and fun. Provenza lofts is in the perfect spot walking distance from provenza plaza where youll find fun nightlife, literally like 3 blocks away! We would def stay here when visiting Medellin again! 10 fpr 10 recommend.

Super clean and welcoming. They have beefed up security, so if anyone thinks about doing anything, will second guess themselves. The staff are accommodating. I wished I remembered all their names. The two ladies and the two gentlemen were amazing. They had the best customer service skills ever. They deserve a bonus or raise. I hope to see them again because I am returning. I can’t forget the housekeepers. They were wonderful. This property also serves an amazing breakfast in the morning.
