This is an awful property the pictures that are here on the app are not even close to what it is. Smelly rooms, a/c doesn’t work properly rooms are extremely small, no towels, no blankets.we had to leave and rent another hotel and they didn’t want to give us the money back.

En general me gustó el lugar y la zona, es un lugar muy tranquilo y hay muchos sitios buenos a los alrededores, restaurantes bares tiendas estación de metro y buses, el personal fue muy amable y aunque las habitaciones son sencillas sin duda son funcionales, las tarifas son accesibles ojalá consideren hacer un elevador Ah …y ya tienen almuerzos !! Me encantaría volver Medellin es una chimba 🇨🇴💛💙❤️

Camas en mal estado, habitaciones con mucha humedad, falta de mantenimiento en las instalaciones. El personal no vela por la tranquilidad de los huéspedes. A mitad de la noche llegan personas hablando duro e incluso gritando, lo que afecta el descanso de los demás y el personal no le da manejo a dicha situación. La atención de las personas del restaurante muy bien.

El desayuno bueno. Pero siempre es lo mismo: revoltillo (huevos revueltos) con arepa y queso. Jugo lo sirven sin hielo. Toallas para bañarse de muy mala calidad. No pedimos servicio de limpieza a la habitación pero una humilde sugerencia, por lo menos deben estar pendiente de brindar toallas. Los 5 días que estuvimos hospedados nos secamos con la misma toalla. Recalco que cuando le pedíamos algo a a los empleados fueron siempre amables y nos brindaban lo requerido. Nos hospedamos en el primer piso y habían otros huéspedes que se quedaban en el pasillo hablando y haciendo ruido y se escuchaba clarito y en las madrugadas no se podía dormir. Sugiero a los empleados que cuando suceda esto, amablemente le pidan a ese tipo de huéspedes que sean considerado y no hagan ruido. Pero por el precio es muy buen hotel, a pasos de la calle 70 (calle principal en los laureles donde hay muchos restaurantes, tiendas y vida nocturna, muy frecuentada por turistas; a pasos del tren estación Estadio)
