The stay was excellent. Staff was very attentive and courteous. Only complaint is that it took 45 minutes to checkout and some back and forth on charges. Just make sure you keep track of additional charges and receipts. Also, showers are a little tricky to operate but after realizing there are two controls on the nozzle to adjust hot and cold all worked as it should. Beds are a little firm, but my back thanked me afterwards. Hotel is in a great location with lots of restaurants around it. Overall, highly recommend and will stay here next visit.

The location is great. Staff personnel was very friendly. The breakfast was included was good. The hotel needs a little upgrade to make it more attractive. A lot of good restaurants around. The view of the city from the rooftop is incredible

Rooms were rundown, even the grand suite we eventually stayed in. The hotel as a whole seems tired and needs remodeling. Staff were more than accommodating and friendly.

The Inntu is centrally located in Laureles and allows access to amazing restaurants, shops, food markets, etc. Everything is within walking distance. Restaurant staff are accommodating and helpful.

The hotel is fine. Perfect location. Other than a great view and a couple chairs, there's nothing happening on the roof. Wifi is weak and inconsistent.

I like the property and the proximity to restaurants and activities in Laureles. The only complaint I have is the WiFi dropped signal frequently which was frustrating considering I had to complete schoolwork while at the hotel. I had a double bedroom however I would rather have preferred a suite. I recommend booking a reservation well in advance for the suite. The staff is very friendly and they speak both Spanish and English. There is a small park across the street from the hotel and the neighborhood offers much to see and do with the people of Medellín. There are small markets where people can buy items to keep in the hotel. Also close by are many restaurants to try various cuisines.

Clean hotel however it could use some new furnishing updates from 1990 to the present. The bed was very firm but had quality bedding. The air conditioner beds updated and as when the sun goes down, it cannot keep the room cool. The LVT has spots in which the surface has been worn and needs tiles replaced. The water faucet extends to the middle of the sink which makes it difficult to wash your face without making a mess.

Property was clean, but lots of little things added up to it being a little shabby. Could do with a coat of paint, fixtures in the room askew or not screwed into the wall tightly, uncovered power outlet in the lobby, exercise equipment on the roof unplugged and piled in a corner, spotty/unreliable wifi etc etc... Property was clean, safe and adequate, nothing much beyond that.

I wasn’t going to leave them a bad review until checkout when they showed me a picture of a towel with some stains on it and charged me something outrageous (by Colombian pesos standards) to replace it. I doubt I actually stained the towel, and even if I did, I have literally never been charged for a towel before in my life. Truth: the room wasn’t very nice, there was no coffee setup in the room, no self serve coffee in the lobby, breakfast sucked, the window blinds were damaged, walls were damaged, the mirror was cracked and it was a complete rip off (by Colombian Pesos Standards). You can do much better. On the positive side, they were friendly.

This hotel is in a great location, close to nice restaurants and right in front of ‘Segundo Parque de Laureles.’ While the hotel has potential, it could benefit from more attention to detail.Firstly, the room I stayed in had damaged floor panels caused by water from the sink. Additionally, the room lacked basic amenities like a microwave and coffee machine, which are standard in most 4-star hotels. Another disappointing feature is that the pool is only accessible for a fee and requires a reservation, which is absurd for a facility meant for guests. The rooftop has three workout machines, but they barely function. There’s also a jacuzzi, but this is my second stay in two years, and I’ve yet to see it in working order. The hotel has a lot of empty spaces on the first two floors and the rooftop, which could be utilized better. For instance, they could add more workout machines or turn the rooftop into a bar or lounge area for guests to relax.Some staff members are not very friendly, as noted by other reviews as well. The breakfast is decent, with plenty of options, but overall, the hotel doesn’t meet the standards of a 4-star property. Considering the price, you’re better off staying at another nearby hotel.For example, the new Urbit Social Lofts nearby is lovely, with super friendly staff. Although it’s still under construction, it promises to have a fantastic rooftop soon.In summary, this hotel should either improve its amenities and services or downgrade to a 3-star rating.

It was a really great day. I like the hotel I especially like the stuff the reception staff and the restaurant all of them were very very friendly. I don’t know all of their names, but Miss Diana helped me out very well. All of them are very kind I really recommend a hotel. The only thing I feel like it’s a bit. It’s a bit far for meand for where I had to go and.
