Disappointed.

When I arrived at 2 am, there was a sofa in front of the front desk, where I saw 4 people resting on top of each other, and it made me very uncomfortable.I don’t think this is the kind of hotel for tourist, nobody there can speak English. Also the room I had had electric fans and it was so hot. No water in the morning.

El hotel está SUPER UBICADO, las instalaciones son tal y como las fotos, habitaciones cómodas, se nota que lo remodelaron y quedó agradable el diseño. Te suben a la habitación un desayuno de cortesía, que se agradece la atención. El wifi bien en general. Tiene muchas cosas para ser un hotel bien recomendado, pero, la terminal de pago no funcionó y sufrimos para pagar con moneda local, dos días no hubo agua caliente y fue una mala experiencia que nos hizo buscar otro hotel. Le pediría al dueño que se comprometa con su negocio, capacite al personal en atención al cliente, solución de conflictos y de mantenimiento preventivo. Muy lindo hotel para dejarlo caer.

L' hotel è nel cuore di Medellin vicino a tutto. La finestra dava sulla scala interna. Non c'è condizionatore, ma un ventilatore. Pulito.

Es un hotel al que volvería, debido a su relación precio calidad. Lo único que no estuve de acuerdo es que el desayuno lo ofrecen después de 8am, argumentan que antes de esa hora no es posible. Es decir que si debo salir temprano hacer alguna diligencia, no tengo derecho al desayuno
