Hotel sobrevende las habitaciones

Este hotel hizo sobreventa y tranquilamente a los huéspedes les decían en recepción que no tenían reserva, que en el sistema de ellos no aparecía y en aproximadamente una hora que estuvimos esperando a ver si nos daban solución, confirmamos que lo hicieron con otras personas dandoles diferentes argumentos... finalmente nos toco ir a buscar alojamiento en otro hotel.

I could live here forever...

good stay in the old part of the city

Fine hotel, very reasonable price. Speak Spanish or have a translator (google translator will suffice), the management and most of the help only speak spanish. Need a land-line? Turn left out the door, go half a block for a good price. Church? Turn right, go a block for 7, 8, 9 o'clock daily Mass. Located in an older and more beautiful part of town. Not near the airport, but the hotel may provide an airport pickup. Plenty of available restaurants and transportation. See (and climb?) the 'Rock'. Shop in the huge open market in the city (Huelco - the 'hole'). Taxi's are inexpensive, the elevator train to the center of Medellin is within walking distance. Spring all-year-round. No elevator if you need one. Air conditioned with cable TV. Cuidado! - when crossing the avenues, pedestrians do not have the right-of-way!

I DO NOT recommend this Hotel to anyone. The best and ONLY good thing about it was the PERSONNEL super nice and friendly and the location. The owner needs to change really everything, premises are very old and every day there was a problem inside my room The rest was bad !

親切な従業員

立地も良く値段が安かったので４泊。 (朝食付き) 部屋は決して豪華ではないが寝る分には問題なし。 部屋の掃除も綺麗にしてくれた。 安いホテルだと、英語が通じない事が多々あるが、 ほぼ全ての従業員が英語話せる。 何より、親切でかなり好感が持てた。 金曜日の夜は近くの飲食店が夜中まで音楽を流してたので、うるさくて寝れなかった。 平日は問題なし。 総合的に判断するとお勧め出来る。
