The hotel was definitely not anything as their pictures. They did not have the room we reserved and put us next to an open storage area with toilets and ladders in plain sight. We had to climb over each other to get to the beds. Were told they are under new management, A terrible experience. age

En general estuvo bien porque permiten mascota sin cargo adicional, el desayuno bueno dentro de lo normal, muy buena ubicación buen barrio Laureles, cerca a restaurantes, transporte, etc. Por mejorar: la recepcionista no sabía de la reserva, hasta que buscó por unos minutos y la encontró, indicando que por Hoteles no tienen casi comunicación
