El trato, limpieza, comodidad, todo super bien. Lo único malo para mi fue la cama estaba muy dura. Todo lo Demás super bien.

Great stay! Rooftop restaurant was nice and the jacuzzis on the rooftop too. Very nice property I would definitely stay there again

Amazing Stay
The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms are kept clean. The bed and the sheets are very comfortable. The staff and all services offered are amazing. I enjoy my stay, and I will definitely come back to the hotel. I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Disappointing Stay
Didn’t replenish toiletries while the stay, cockroaches in the bathroom, dirty sheets, shower door wouldn’t close in one of the rooms.

It is too noisy because the windows are not noise cancelling glass and that is terrible. No chance to rest with the noise of the cars. I also found and killed aroun 8 cockroaches in the room and bathroom during my stay. In addition, the party on Friday on the rooftop ended aroung 12am and I was told it had to end at 10:30pm and due that there is no noise cancelling glass the noise did not let me rest. One day one of the rooms on my floor (9th) they were doing noise at 2am and no one told them I had to open the door and asked them to shut up.

El hotel tiene un aspecto elegante y las habitaciones lucen modernas. No me gustó que el servicio de comidas/bebidas es hasta las 8:30 pm. En adición, no cuentan con plancha de ropa ni microondas.

Hermosa decoración y staff muy amable. No me gustó la incomodidad del baño y que se mojaba todo porque la puerta de la bañera no cerraba. Matress y almohadas incomodos.

Stay somewhere else... unless you like to party all night long. Despite the fact that is a fairly new property I had to checkout within hours and demand the refund of my money for the following issues: 1- when arrived.to the hotel they did not have my booking. 2- Room had a broken curtain 3- The TV had only 3 local channels - this was not communicated at all 4- mini bar incomplete 5- wifi password not provided 6- The phone was disconnected on purpose "due to covid-19" so you have to go down to the reception for any request - then they give you a whatsapp number to contact reception in case you need assistance and nobody read your messages for long time. 7- the room next to mine started partying and blasting the music around 2am and by 4:30am after sending several messages to reception I had to go down and asked the front office team to do something about it as I needed to rest. It took them 30 minutes to get the situation under control. BEWARE apparently it is acceptable in that hotel to blast the music even if you can hear it in your other rooms and/or thru the whole floor. 8- I asked the management to refund my money so I can move to another hotel and they still charged me a full night despite tha fact I could not sleep at all.

Una buena opción económica
Limpieza bien, ubicación aceptable, habitación confortable y grande, en general aceptable, sin embargo no me agradó que pedí una plancha, y no me llevaron a planchador, la plancha estaba mala, por lo que si se llenaba de agua se regaba, en la habitación no había para hacer café o té, el desayuno muy bueno

Muy buen hotel en Medellin. Instalaciones modernas y lujosas. El desayuno podría ser mejor. Habitaciones amplias y con jacuzzi.
