We stayed for a weekend getaway and enjoy the hotel very much. It's clean, quiet, and a very comfortable stay. We had a room with a queen size bed which was very comfortable to sleep on and wake up rest in the next day. We will come back again soon.

Cramped quarters but good value

Positives: Pullman style bathroom a little cramped, like a long closet, but it was modern and clean. Overall, the room was clean and the A/C was a necessity and worked well. Free cooked breakfast with a nice front deck was very good. Negatives: check in process took what seemed like forever, cramped room feels like a small storage unit but it was clean and the A/C made it bearable. No window to the outside. Neighborhood feels safe. Overall, as a place to sleep, for the price it was ok.

A little disappointing, but huge potential

Great hotel overall. A few things stop it from being rated higher. The jacuzzi in the room requires that you call the lobby to turn on the jets. Kinda like a child asking for permission. Also, jets didnt work properly anyways. Bathroom door didnt close. Breakfast sucked. First breakfast in over 30 hotels in Colombia that never included Any fruit. Probably wont return, but almost loved the place

Decent hotel in a good location

Overall this is a good hotel in a good location. Check in - we arrived November 30th around 3:15pm. There were 3 people together at the reception desk trying to figure out... SOMETHING. It took them 45 minutes for whatever they were negotiating about with the receptionist. The receptionist saw us waiting to check in and didn't do much to hurry along the situation. Room - The room was nice. The refrigerator didn't have a freezer top area/thing. It was broke. Gym/fitness area - The first treadmill stopped working after 3 minutes. It just completely shut off. I toggle with the on/off button and replugged it in and it still wouldn't turn back on. Breakfast - The breakfast was alright but the dining staff lacked proficiency. I pulling out google translator and specifically told them NO ONIONS on my omelet. Sure enough... my omelet had onions in it.

My stay was good overall. The only gripe I would have is that there are no microwaves in the rooms. The staff was very accomodating but as in every case there is always ONE person that brings an attitude to the job. But that's most places you go. I loved the sauna, hot tub, and the gym.

I stayed before in this hotel and I have to say... it might be the hip top notch hotel, but the staff is super nice, the rooms are comfortable and clean and I just think is quite inexpensive. The area is perfect, tons of great restaurants, and bars... I just like it a lot. Even though I am quite of a hotel “conocedor”

Favorite Hotel in Laureles

We love this hotel! We have stayed here 5 times within the last year or so. It is very rare to have any kind of problem here. The rooms are clean. The beds are comfortable. AC works great and the showers have hot water. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They clean the rooms daily upon request and it’s so nice when you get back from your outings and the room is made up so nicely. The free breakfast is good too. Location is great. Within walking distance to ATM, many restaurants and about 20 minutes to Metro station. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Sehr lautes Hotel, ok Stadthotel, Personal spricht bis auf 3 Ausnahmen ausschließlich spanisch.Frühstück ist jeden Tag die selbe Auswahl. Obwohl ich 2 Frühstück und Doppelzimmer gebucht habe, musste ich das einemal als ein 2. Frühstück benötigt wurde dieses extra zahlen. Vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag lagen tote Käfer am Fensterrahmen innen, ansonsten war die Sauberkeit ok. Das Personal ist sehr Freundlich.
