1) Each guest and visitor must be registered before arrival via the link and must show their passport or valid ID at the building's entrance.
2) EVERY PERSON UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY THEIR PARENTS OR PRESENT A NOTARIZED PERMISSION FORM.
3) Use of the apartment is permitted only for residential, business, or leisure purposes; no parties of any kind are allowed.
4) Any damage caused to the apartment or the property's belongings must be reported and will be charged to you.
5) In case of fire, do not use the lift.
6) It is strictly forbidden to smoke any type of substance on the building's premises or inside the apartment, including cigars and tobacco; there is a $50.0 USD fee if you are found smoking inside.
7) You are not allowed to leave any items with the security guards in the building.
8) Pets are allowed, but you must be careful.
9) SEX TRAFFICKING AND DRUG TRAFFICKING ARE CRIMES; ANY DRUG ABUSE, TRAFFICKING OF MINORS, OR HUMAN TRAFFICKING WILL BE REPORTED TO THE AUTHORITIES. ACCORDING TO LAW 679 OF 2001, THE ENTRY OF MINORS INTO ANY TOURIST ESTABLISHMENT FOR THE PURPOSES OF PROSTITUTION OR SEXUAL ABUSE IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED

11) Every time you leave the apartment, turn off the A/C and lights, and keep the windows and the front door closed.
12) Please do not leave the keys or key card inside the apartment. The door will be locked, preventing it from being opened from the outside. A locksmith will incur an additional cost for you. Each additional set of keys costs $25.0.
