Farum Oasis

The Farum hotel is a cozy hotel 2 blocks off of Carrera 70, where all the restaurants are. The staff iwas very friendly, efficient and attentive to my needs. It is quiet and tranquil.

My stay here was brief, I mostly decided to stay here because it was close to the stadium for the concert and I needed a walking distance. However, there is no AC and only one fan which barely helps. The staff is super nice and overall I would decently stay here again

Only thing I can advise if you are in remodulation, as for breakfast maybe give two places guests can choose from, because the breakfast was not much and had just 3 choices.

Property has no Air Conditioning, just floor fan. Dirty walls, no towels in room, horrible mattress. Never return my money of the remaining stay. I just stay one night and then move to a Normal Hotel for the remaining 6 nights of vacations. Who think that in 2023 a Hotel that is not Ecological Friendly does not have Air Conditioning on their rooms?

Hotel is nothing even remotely close to what is advertised. Upon check in, our room was FILTHY - hair from previous guests all over the floors and bathrooms, dirty & stained sheets, towels covered in grime. The shower in our room had NO showerhead whatsoever - it was quite literally a metal spigot that shot a singular jet of water. There were no safes, no closet, and no air conditioning in the room, so we were forced to keep the windows open for ventilation (which led us to get bug bites).The WiFi did not work for half of our stay, and NOBODY at the property speaks English (even though it is advertised as an English-speaking property). I got a rash from either the towels or the sheets... The only positive thing I have to say about the property is that the staff was always pretty nice and willing to try to help us out as much as they could. The included breakfast was not very filling, but was always fresh. Well-situated in Laureles, close to dining & entertainment.

Estuvo bien la estadia en general pero le hace falta aire acondicionado a la habitación, cafetera y que el baño tenga ventilación natural o un extractor. Fuera de eso su personal fue muy amable y servicial.

Me avisaron cuando me faltaban horas para llegar al hotel a hospedarme, cuando pregunté que porque me cambiaban de hotel me respondieron que si no quería entonces que cancelara la reserva. Me pareció de mal gusto y grosera la respuesta. Tuve que aceptar el cambio porque no tenía otra opción cuando me faltaban pocas horas para llegar. Nunca volveré a tomar un servicio con ese hotel.
