"The hotel was ok, we only stood there for two night. We barely had any hot water to shower. We only received one key and it has to be attached to the wall once you enter the room to be able to turn on the lights. If one person wants to stay in the room everything shutdowns once the key leaves the room. The check in process was not great either. We arrived at 12:30pm and by 3 pm we were still waiting as they started helping others who arrived after us rather than going in order of who arrived first. We didn’t get to our room until 3:40 and we had already reservations for a restaurant at 4pm so everything felt rushed."

"Ceiling in my room 408 looks unfinished with concrete that looks like it has mold. Other than that was clean and the staff was great"
