Right across the street from a little river park. Very walk able, about 10-15 min walk from all the restaurants and the pomonades of el Poablo. A nice small boutique hotel that was worth the price.

This hotel advertises itself as “Boutique”, but it honestly feels more like just an elegantly designed youth hostel, because the rooms are small, very close together, and mostly facing the inner hallway, with people coming and going at all hours of the day and night. I also came home late one night and encountered a visibly crazy person outside the hotel entrance who was verbally threatening me, I kept ringing the hotel entry bell to be allowed inside safely (they are supposed to have someone at reception 24/7) but for 5 minutes nobody answered or let me in, which was very scary. The staff are otherwise very friendly and helpful, and the free breakfast is very nice, but if you’re looking for a peaceful place to sleep, this probably isn’t it.

Enjoyed my first 3 nights so much I added on an extra night. Upper floor rooms are better. Room 204 with jacuzzi was good. Last night in Rm 106 was a little noisier and next to the cafe in the morning but all good and I would happily return to 574.

Excellent choice in Poblado

Nice small clean boutique hotel in what looks like a converted modern mansion in the leafy high class suburb of Poblado. We were shown a good eating place. Good breakfast with several options. Helpful staff.

The property was clean and very comfortable. There were some amenities that i expected such as minibar and restaurant. The restaurant was only open for bkfst but it was really good. I would stay here again. Santiago at the front desk couldn’t have been more helpful or nice. Thank you!!

I loved my stay at Hotel 574! The staff is wonderful and will always be available to help you. They offer a delicious breakfast every day with a variety of options you can choose from. It is near everything you would need within walking distance: a supermarket, dining options, a metro station, a shopping center. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood, so you shouldn’t be worried about waking up at midnight because of loud noises. I will definitely stay again for my next trip to Medellin!

This is a nice, safe, hotel in a good location. Everything was clean and modern looking. The staff was phenomenal and truly went out of their way to help me out when my schedule got messed up due to the hurricane. I will say they have some work to do with adding more consistent wifi, it was spotty at best and to date I wouldnt recommend to those that need to do a little work. That being said it was a more than fair price in a good location. I would stay here again though.

Incredible value and cleanliness

This hotel was a haven to stay at. It was clean, check in was easy, 24/7 hour reception was almost always available. Receptionists were friendly, our laundry was done quickly and pain-free and the free hotel breakfast was incredible (delicious, good options, starts early). Only slight complaint is that it is in a more residential area of El Poblado and walking home as 2 females at night wasn't always the safest. However, taking ubers was super easy/cheap and the receptionists at night were always there to let us in ASAP. Also the hotel is clearly aging but feels clean despite the aging tiles/walls. AC was a nice touch. Would stay again!
