This is the dirtiest hotel ever. There were cockroach, spiders, moth and also very dusty. Bed sheet was full of stains, dust and dead insects. Very unhealthy environment. You need to see it to believe it.

朝食はおいしいですが、フルーツが欲しかった。外では露店が出ていて夕食には最適だとおもいます。 シャワーがお湯ではなかったので、外国人を泊めるなら、せめてお湯を出してほしいです。

Near to eateries

The hotel location is right in Jalan Semarang, where you can find food easily. Night time the street becomes a eating street. Some shops nearby but nothing much, maybe the money changers nearby are worth mentioning. A 20min walk to Medan mall and u can have some clean food in some clean restaurant.

Be honest cleanliness is not there.

There is no hotwater in their standard room and their wash room is not clean. There are unwelcome guest (RAT) appear inside the coffee house each time i was there. Very sorry but this is my experience that i must share. thank you.

Ein Hotel von dem sich (Hotel com) ganz schnell trennen sollte. Hat ein Standart von keinem Stern. Mehr einer Absteige. Auch die Sicherheitsvorschriften lassen zu wünschen übrig. Kein WC - Antwort wir brauen kein Papier.

The worst hotel in a horrible vicinity.

The most horrible experience of our lives during our stay at the hotel. The hotel was dirty, smelly n in real bad shape. We did not even want to hv our bath there cos the shower room was so dirty. What a bad experience we all had. NEVER, NEVER wl I recommend anyone to stay at this hotel nor wl I recommend anyone to book hotel stays with Expedia cos u do not ck the kind of hotels that u recommend to yr customers to stay. All the photos displayed in yr website r not what u see in person. Expedia, ck the kind of hotels u recommend to yr customers to stay or u'll soon b out of business.

My worst experience!

This hotel is cheap, but the service and everything about this hotel was the worst I had experienced so far. So dont think about saving a little money, because you will be very disappointed with this one. I dont think its too cheap, you can pay a little more for a lot better hotel. The location is very bad, the staffs were not helping. The aircond in my room wasnt properly functioning and the technician tried to fix it but failed, but he kept telling me that it will be fine after sometime, but it didnt and I couldnt really sleep that night because it was hot and the room has no window. I asked for another room but the staff said all the room are the same so no point of moving. I wanted to go to any nearby mall, it was veryyyy near but I didnt know that I could reach there by walking, the staff helped me get a becak and suggested me to pay IDR10k to the becak man. It was just 1 minute becak ride, the staff should have told me it was very near, I have even asked him whether I can just walk to the mall. The receptionist was not helping too.

Der er svampesporer på væggene ved siden af sengen samt på badeværelset. Det eneste der er af butikker er knallert reperatører. De taler SLET ikke engelsk udover ja, nej og free. Hvis du tjekker ud for sent - tidspunkt ukendt - skal du betale 100.000 rupia for sen check out. Det er mig en gåde Hvordan det har fået 3 stjerner og at hotels.com har godkendt det til deres website. BOOK DET IKKE!!!!
