Travel trailer includes master bedroom with queen bed, 4 bunk beds in separate room, couch and dining room table break down for sleeping. Sleeps 10.

What's inside?

We supply the following: T.V., toaster, coffee pot, microwave, stove/oven, full size refrigerator with separate freezer, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, bedding, kitchen and bathroom towels. In addition, there is a fire pit, picnic table and charcoal grill.

You will need to bring camp chairs, charcoal and fire wood.

We are pet friendly! Pets must be on leashes at all times.

This travel trailer is in a campground setting with other travel trailers on the property, please see pics to confirm this is an appropriate setting for your stay.

There is plenty of room for parking trailers and toys in the front yard. Please ask any questions you may have.

A vacation for seven

This rental worked out great for our group ! The kids had a great time , enjoyed being all together and being able to cook and have the picnic table and fire pit .

This seems to be our yearly place to stay as we vacation the sand dunes. Both years we stayed in different campers and the experience is always great. Campers are in great shape and very well maintained as well as the property. Amenities offered on the site as well as the camper are excellent!

Nice but priced too high

Great location & close to everything. Had all the necessary items needed for sleeping, food preparation & R&R I think it’s a little high priced though because there was no instructions on how to operate the canopy & while in master bedroom the bed jiggles throughout the night and you can smell the septic tank. The yard isn’t sunny only the driveway. Did not care for how close the neighbor lady’s camper was.

Expected more

From the description which is very vague you will think this is somewhat secluded or within a campsite scene…the opposite. It is located in a neighborhood, neighbor to the right a run down modular and the left 2 other campers all within 25’, shared driveway. The site has little grass, mostly dirt. Hot water was enough for a 3-4 min shower, service for 2 maybe 3 dinnerware and minimal cookware ( I would bring your own). Was told there was a smart tv when I msg the owner about the tv not receiving channels however, it most certainly was not, nor did I hear from him again. WiFi was worse than the WiFi on my Verizon phone and don’t leave anything on the counter that ants can get into. The trailer was not level so you will be walking with a lean and sleeping the opposite way. The trailer lights did not work well if at all(shower was completely dark). All in all, I should’ve paid the extra $20/night and stayed at the sands downtown.

Fit the bill

Location was awesome. Nice size yard. Quiet and peaceful except when the neighbor lady locked her dog up outside early in the morning. Camper has seen some years but was clean. Some things could be repaired like lights especially on the outside would be helpful. But it provided us with what we needed.

This was our second time staying at this property owners are super friendly and helpful clean and cozy super close to the Dunes has everything you need for a stay away from home don’t need to bring anything extra with you and animal friendly which we love would definitely recommend and we will most likely be back next season !

Close to the Dunes

Was nice to not have to haul a camper!! Checking in was a breeze! Nick was very good at communicating with me. Neighborhood was nice and I felt safe. Camper was clean and it was nice to have bedding and towels already there!

Enjoyable

We were a stones throw from the water, 10min from UTV rentals for the dunes. Cheaper than any other VRBO or hotel. It was a great time with friends. Definitely recommend again. The tank for the camper was full when we got there and it created quite the pungent smell, owner responded right away to issue.

Great for family who don’t have their own trailer

The location was perfect for my sons and daughter in laws to be able to camp with us while we used our motor home in the silver lake state park. It was a short half mile walk to get to our site. It has a lot of room if you had kids sleeping there as well.
