"I paid for and reserved a hot tub sweet for mothers day for me and my lady and they did not give me a hot tub room and lied to me that they would give me a upgraded room and instead gave me their basic room. I was not compensated for this loss at all"

"This is a great hotel for young families because there is a pool, hot tub and large slide with life guards. The beds were comfortable. We were here for a dance competition. Very convenient. "

"Could hear next room talking through the wall as if we had a conversation. Ask to change room and the one they provided had a couple arguing all night until I left early morning. Rooms on the first have very limited channels. Found hair on my towels, the gym was dirty with no wipes. I will never go back and wishing you luck if you’re willing to risk."
