"We loved everything about our stay at The Even’tide. They really go above and beyond to make your stay easy and relaxing. The indoor pool is huge! Our room was large, with a comfy bed. Bathroom is basic and small but great water pressure. Even the coffee is delicious!"

"The property was very convenient to be in mid Cape near Nauset Light. The room was basic but comfortable and very clean. Staff was lovely. It was off season and I only a basic stay."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Guy’s place! Great location, great views! Beaches are close, house is well-equipped and the decks are amazing. Close to everything wellfleet, South wellfleet and eastham has to offer. Not a lot of comfortable seating inside with just a loveseat so be prepared for that. We will be back!"

"This rental was exactly as described! Stunning views with direct access to a private beach on the bay side. A truly wonderful escape in a beautiful, remote location with its own private beach. Surrounded by natural beauty, the setting was peaceful and wonderfully secluded - the perfect place to slow down and enjoy long walks on the island. An idyllic retreat for anyone looking to enjoy a quiet break. You need to be aware that the island does get cut off from the mainland during high tide, but it is fairly easy to work around. The property is well maintained. It has two kitchens and two living areas which was perfect for a larger group, providing plenty of room to relax. Plus a great outdoor seating area and a look out area with great views over the bay. Having four bathrooms was also very helpful. Communication and service from the property management company was fantastic and the information clearly laid out. Overall a great experience!"

"We love Lt. Island and have been coming for years. We had a great time, the highlight for my grandson was jumping off the bridge that connects the mainland to the island at high tide. The house is roomy with multiple levels which allowed all of us to spread out and the kitchen and living areas made for a great gathering space. We highly recommend!"
Waterfront, Hot Tub, Private Beach!

"The property is beautiful-water views from everywhere and that is what you are paying for but like others who have stayed here I will say that the house needs some work! There are a lot of stairs down to the beach and there are several hours of the day you cannot sit out there due to high tide (you can make the most of it by sitting on a deck they have built about 1/4 way up from the beach). The upstairs of the house does get very hot in the afternoon due to all the windows -they have added some curtains to help but it just doesn't ever feel cool up there on a hot day. The 2 queen bedrooms are located on the floor where you enter the house- and only one of them has an a/c unit in it-my child was ok with a fan but it definitely wasn't "cool" in there. The second floor is kitchen/dining/living with 2 decks (and all your amazing views!) The basement is a bed bath combo but no door. Also I was surprised that there were no closets- not one! And basically one dresser in the first bedroom which had to be shared. My advice is to make the most of your time and not concentrate on the negatives. We had a very peaceful, relaxing week... this is the most quiet rental we have ever been to! Look out for hot tub attendant on Fridays (I was in my pjs when he showed up unannounced) He is very nice and friendly and it's great the hot tub is maintained weekly. DelMar was great as far as property management goes! They respond very quickly and were eager to make sure we were set for our week."
