"Our room was exactly as described. Two full-size beds with bathroom. The room has been remodeled nicely and the beds were very comfortable. The shower pressure was good. We also liked the small patio that we were able to access from our room. The landscaping was very well maintained and soothing. An added bonus was we were able to go to breakfast right next-door, which was excellent – highly recommend! We will return again in the future."

Jeff was readily available via phone and provided a very helpful guidebook filled with suggestions for activities and beaches to explore. We enjoyed it all - this was the perfect spot to relax with family and friends, and the spectacular views steal the show,"

"Everything about this stay was perfect ! We arrived early and able to check into our room an hour early ! The staff were very helpful and friendly and answered all of our questions. The room itself was very clean and well maintained. They had free rental bikes that were in great shape and were very helpful for getting to the beaches without paying any fees !! Overall a great experience, would highly recommend for a nice get away in the cape."
Walk to Private Beach on Lt Island!

"We love Lt. Island and have been coming for years. We had a great time, the highlight for my grandson was jumping off the bridge that connects the mainland to the island at high tide. The house is roomy with multiple levels which allowed all of us to spread out and the kitchen and living areas made for a great gathering space. We highly recommend!"

Waterfront, Hot Tub, Private Beach!

"The property is beautiful-water views from everywhere and that is what you are paying for but like others who have stayed here I will say that the house needs some work! There are a lot of stairs down to the beach and there are several hours of the day you cannot sit out there due to high tide (you can make the most of it by sitting on a deck they have built about 1/4 way up from the beach). The upstairs of the house does get very hot in the afternoon due to all the windows -they have added some curtains to help but it just doesn't ever feel cool up there on a hot day. The 2 queen bedrooms are located on the floor where you enter the house- and only one of them has an a/c unit in it-my child was ok with a fan but it definitely wasn't "cool" in there. The second floor is kitchen/dining/living with 2 decks (and all your amazing views!) The basement is a bed bath combo but no door. Also I was surprised that there were no closets- not one! And basically one dresser in the first bedroom which had to be shared. My advice is to make the most of your time and not concentrate on the negatives. We had a very peaceful, relaxing week... this is the most quiet rental we have ever been to! Look out for hot tub attendant on Fridays (I was in my pjs when he showed up unannounced) He is very nice and friendly and it's great the hot tub is maintained weekly. DelMar was great as far as property management goes! They respond very quickly and were eager to make sure we were set for our week."

"Everything was clean and in good working order. It is changing over from the Wellfleet Motel. The rooms we stayed in were unchanged but they mentioned they were slowly changing everything over. The outdoor pool is pretty good and overall it is a quiet place to stay."
