"Breakfast was very good. The space for dining is comfortable. The 24 hour availability of coffee is very good, although we are used to having a coffee maker in our room at other motels. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Nice bed linens. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The one exception was when we had a question when checking out after our first stay. The manager, who was at the desk, had no idea how to tell us how to get to route 17. He said he just started working there. Seems to us that it is incumbent on the manager to know the environs of the lodging, and if not, find out the answer for us. "

"I've had such an awful experience with this hotel that I will never again stay at a building with "Fairfield" in the name. I booked this hotel in part because they had a pool, and did not see anything in the app about it only being open seasonally. When we arrived, we found out the pool was closed. We checked out without a half hour or so, but they would not refund our stay. I reached out to the manager, and she refused to refund the night because the hotel was fully booked. (Be that as it may, rooms were still available that night on the app). "

"The hotel was great other than the fact the first room we were put in the bathroom was dirty! I'm being harsh because I'm big on the bathroom in my hotels being clean!"

"It was just as expected but fair warning: no ride shares in the area so if you’re looking to get sauced at a restaurant nearby pack some walking shoes. Also the tap water runs less than clear, leaving dark specks of grit in the sink. Kinda nasty. Rinse after brushing with a bottle of water or something. Shower seemed ok though. Good parking situation."

"I traveled to Vernon for a wedding and opted to pay a little extra money for Mountain Creek rather than staying at the cheaper option that was given through the wedding accommodations. I was really looking forward to a nice sleep, sipping coffee and relaxing the morning after the day. Upon getting to Mountain Creek, the code that was texted to me for entrance to my room was wrong. When I went to the shop (there is no check in desk), I was rudely told that I could have just texted the number back rather than coming down (nowhere in the text did it say to text back for questions). It was very apparent that the staff did not want to interact during check in. They gave me my correct code and five minutes after getting into the room, a maintenance man walked into the room unannounced. In the morning, I woke up and attempted to make coffee. After 3 attempts, it was apparent that the coffee maker was broken. I turned on the TV to sit on the couch and relax and the screen stated antenna error. I texted the number for guest services and the response was "I will tell IT about the TV". There was no apologies or offer of coffee to make up for the broken coffee maker. I am very disappointed in my stay. In reading the print, they charge additional fees for early check in, late check out, and if there's even a hint of pets on the premises, you will be fined. This business seems very money-hungry without provided anything substantial to warrant the higher cost of a resort accommodation. "
