"The room was clean but had problems with the tv working staff came to fix but it still was not working to be honest for the area this hotel is in it could have been a lot better I stay at aloft hotels all over and this was not the best one especially for being a lux high end area the hotel vibe did not match "

"Only problem was that there are no microwaves in the rooms. You have to come down to the lobby to heat up any food. Other than that, great place to stay! Very comfortable. "

"Front desk staff was excellent! After two days of our stay the HVAC stopped working properly. I notified Jenny and within minutes a Maintenance Engineer arrived. He completed his assessment within approx 10 minutes and Jenny. Notified us that they would need to bring in an outside service company. We were immediately moved to another room. Immediate service—much appreciated!"
