4/10 Poor

"The hotel is 12-15minutes to downtown Madison. The hotel itself is ok, upon entering the building you will feel the humidity inside, it's hot especiallu in the elevator..the check in is ok, no one is around when I enter the building she somewhat somewhere in the building and waited . The room is ok one lampshade is not working, the lights on the headboard is not working, stain on the lampshade . There is only 2 towels ,1 handtowel and 1 face towel and smell different.Air con is ok somehow the fan don't run continuously. The breakfast is the worst, I travel a lot but this one , wow , don't expect to see scrambled egg or bacon or sausage nothing . They only have pancake with syrup.2-3 Oranges and apple. Cereals for kids and toast with jelly jam. And the worst is the coffee,. Taste awful and water too. We stayed 2 days and not planning to come back. The front desk guy spend too much time in his phone .Thats it."
