After check-in we got to our room. Discovered that the air conditioning unit did not have a bottom cover on it, there were outlets not actually placed properly on the wall, there was construction markings on the floor and food crumbs left behind on the floors from previous guests. TV Box was hanging halfway from the wall and the shower had a leak where the spout up on the shower head and every time we shower the shower leaked all over the entire bathroom floor. We swam our first day because we had children with and after we went out and got dinner, we asked for more towels And the gentleman at the front desk question why we needed more towels if we just checked in that day, and he was very rude. We asked for an extra blanket as we had the kids sleeping on the couch and needed another blanket, He also questioned why we needed that. Breakfast was mediocre the eggs were constantly in a puddle of water. At the end of the hallway on the third floor, there were chords coming out of the ground and we’re not properly covered. There was also a female worker pointing her phone in the pool area through the door while our group was swimming.

Waited at the front desk for almost 10 minutes before staff arrived (he seemed to be the only one there doing everything.) Room was very dirty, floor was very dirty, the couch was stained and also dirty. The TV didn’t work so we asked to get moved rooms. They switched our room to a cleaner room but the bathtub was still very dirty and stained. Rooms were advertised as soundproof but were not. Staff were friendly, but housekeeping tried to come turn the room before we left. Unorganized and dirty with staff that seemed to be trying their best.

Leo was so kind while checking in….answered all of my questions and remind me if i need anything to feel free to ask him.Two guys in the morning looked like they being bothered….Their misery won’t mess up my positive stay.If i need to stay somewhere again definitely will go there
