"the price I liked, the location I did not, but I was told it was safe, so I continued with my check in. the desk personnel was great when I checked in!! He escorted me around the property to show me around and verify the security, offering assistance for anything I needed. i was on ground floor, a disability access room which I was most thankful did NOT smell like cigarettes!! a bit odd set up, the refrig made noise all night and had to turn it off but that did not really help, so turned it back on low. was glad for grab bars in bathtub but the minature height of shower was a bit odd. the chair was a help too. room was clean basically, not so sure about the floor in all spots. room temperature was adjustable, thankfully. bed was comfortable , cozy and pillows to melt into. overall I was glad to get some sleep before heading home in the morning. .and then seeing the gardenia flowers. the grounds need touch up, would make a huge difference in presentation. Needs a women's touch. lol Grateful in all things . a bit too far from where I was attending an event at Golden One .grateful for light food in am, being gluten free very limited, but an apple, egg and yogurt were ok. thank you for the rest I got . and it was quiet at night outside the room. Yes, parking was safe! yeah. And if I could I would have loved the bagel!! Big bonus which I didn't have time to engage with: In and out burger a breath away..I didn't feel it was ok to walk there late at night ;busy!!"

"this is my go to hotel. Only negative this stay was no early check in and breakfast changed to 7 vs. 6:30am and we stay here for early morning sports events so 7 is too late and no take out food. i am ok with no giant plate out but with a 7am breakfast we either didn't eat or had to eat on the road. kitchenette wasn't stocked you have to ask for it to be delivered."

"The room was only somewhat clean. The bedsheets had cigarette burns, the curtains were falling apart, and the floors were dirty and sticky. When we first arrived, there were two sheriff’s trucks parked outside, with people doing drugs nearby and several homeless individuals in front of the hotel. The overall environment felt unsafe and very rundown. The water from the sink came out yellow, which was extremely concerning. On top of that, when we checked out the next day, the staff initially refused to return my $100 deposit because they couldn’t find the record. The whole process was disorganized and frustrating. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience. I would not stay here again."

"When I arrived at the property I was immediately disappointed, the front yard was not manicured and took away the character of the home. We proceeded to the studio beyond the gate and the backyard was worst than the front yard. Esthetic is vital and unfortunately very disappointing. I could not open the windows without looking at weeds as high as 3 feet The interior of the studio was absolutely immaculate, which is why we stayed, but will not book again based on the exterior of the place and the neighborhood was a little sketchy as well. You will notice the pics are the side of the home, there is ine pic showing the front of the ho.e nd the lawn is not manicured and worst than what is shown on an obviously old pic. We also had internet connection issues the fist night as well as Saturday morning. I had to call and ask the Hostess come out after several text messages, they spent at least 30 minutes trying 2 resolve the issue. A plastic shower curtain would have been nice, so we didnt have 2 dry the water from the floor each time used, as well as a drainage stopper 4 those of us who like to take a bath. "

"Initially, we never received check-in information, so I had to reach out once we arrived. They then got us in right away.However, once we were inside, it was very clear that it had not been cleaned at all; stinky trash, rotting food in the sink and in the fridge, dirty sheets, etc. We tried to reach out to the hosts, but they did not reply to us until 2 days later, when they let us know that they left us paper towels on the doorstep. I had already let them know that we had to leave, as the conditions were so bad, so I don't know why they left paper towels! (I guess they expected me to do all the laundry, remake the beds, take out the trash, clean the fridge, sweep the floors, etc, and that paper towels would help!) The hosts have ghosted us about everything concerning this situation, but we do keep getting the automatic messages about checking out, "hope you enjoyed the stay" etc. :-( (We did NOT stay, and we did NOT enjoy having to go get hotel rooms last minute to accommodate our group, and we're not happy that they won't refund our money.) They have since ghosted VRBO administrators as well. "
