"The most disgusting motel ive ever stayed at. Blood stains on the walls, huge roaches crawling around the shower, didnt look like anyone had cleaned the room since the last person stayed, people doing drug deals right outside our door,(some of them being employees) they gave me no towels, no remote to watch tv, no phone in the room, and yes there was actually a microwave and mini fridge however the outlet didn't work. I felt like i had stepped into a crime scene. I tried asking for a refund...

"Room could been cleaner, comforter has a couple of strange looking stains. The shower could have been more clean as well. Customer service was awesome & the complimentary breakfast was solid."

"Wyndham Sacramento is a decent hotel. It's right off 80 and not even a sound wall just a chain link fence, it's between a car lot and Goodwill, not a nice area, but there is a Starbucks & Panda Express down the street. Hotel was redone not too long ago, but it seems to get heavy use. I was there for a conference in the hotel otherwise I would have picked a different hotel. My room had some dings & dents & stains on furniture but it was mostly clean. Bed was comfortable, great having a mini fridge, nice to have the bathroom items, and fan was not too noisy. The windows do nothing to block freeway noise, fan helped a bit. There were no USB chargers for my phone on the lamps, though I did find two on the back of the TV (has to be on) that slowly charged. My key card worked on & off, my 2nd night I had to go downstairs twice to get help, and it turned out the batteries on the door lock were waning. Not sure if there is a way to predict that. Staff were super nice & helpful. Pool was consistently crowded with kids all day and night. Overall I would only stay if I needed a night next to highway 80. Parking lot felt sketchy I used my club on the steering wheel."

"Old faucets in the bathroom were not working well. The faucets of one bathroom were shut off. Looking under the cabinet, I realized why. The valves were turned off and there was a wet towel. I tried to turn the valves. I was immediately sprayed by water thanks to a hole in the pipe from the valve to the faucet !!! I had to keep the water shut off. I immediately contacted the front desk. I was told they didn’t have a maintenance person available, but would come and fix it the next morning. I was out the whole day for the next day. When I came back at night, I thought the problem would be fixed. Wrong - nothing was done. Not a note either. That was rather disappointing! I didn’t bother calling again as it was late and I was leaving the next morning. Besides the bathroom issues, there was a lot of dust on the nightstand. Clearly cleaning was on par with the bathroom fixtures - not good!"

"Security truck and a non-uniformed security guard smoking a cigarette outside the front door should have been our first warning. You have to walk through lobby and a maze to get to the old elevators to your floor. Upon entry you’ll find an outside patio door that won’t completely shut (fun if you have little ones), though the patio was covered in bird poop…bugs on the ceiling of the bathroom and a horrible looking bath tub with shower head that sprays in every direction but on you. Bed is hard as a rock, tv is about 20” and the air conditioning smells like smoke or mold… Breakfast was a joke…waffle maker, some bread and bagels along with watered down milk and OJ. Go in hungry and leave hungrier. Bump into a prostitute at the elevator on your way back to your room. This should be a pay by the hour hotel. For $100/night, I expected a lot more."

"First off, the office wasnt even open to check in... No sign saying the hours ... Nothing just closed, its a old turn key project for the homeless there was trash everywhere, roosters running around, the gate was broken. And when i tried to call the number, of course i had problems getting ahold of someone, they kept hanging up on me. tried to cancel but couldn't cause it was after 3pm, and of course NO REFUND! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT STAYING THERE!! I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHY THEY ACCEPT RESERVATIONS."

"The home was filthy. Upon arrival, I found a mound of hair on the drain of the shower, hairs on the shower walls, two cockroaches and damp towels that I suspect were used by the previous guest. The refrigerator was filthy and had a container of food in it. The stove and microwave disgusting. We tried making other arrangements but VRBO was not helpful. My advice: stay away from this one. "
