"the pool was not available in the morning, there was a issue with the hot tub, and chemicals, the guest room need better vacuuming, found lots of hair, and dirt on floor. the dining room had a sign that said wait to be seated and the one person working ignored us for 10 mins cleaning tables until I finally went and sat myself with my grand children. who were being very inpatient. i understand they are between seasons. the lack of care and attention was evident in the staff working. my reservation had to be input when I arrived, and they did not have the correct rate in the system. she decided to give me a AAA discount to bring the rate down. "

"Lake view is always beautiful, room was pretty clean,was a little disappointed that they had a frat party that we wernt aware of & all kids were on same floor & up till 4:00 am, nobody would awnser at front desk when called at 1:00 to ask for them to control noise "

"Staff was great but the pool area was moldy everywhere and pool wasn't working and either were jets in hot tub the room walls had paint peeling and cracking but overall it was good "
