While we were there for 1 night, the price was fair and the location great, but the room was not throughly clean when we checked in. There was dirt in the room, hairs in the shower, a broken toilet paper holder and someones sock for a previous guest in the room.

From the moment we walked in to the moment we left the property three days later, the crew provided exceptional service and the property was impecable. Their breakfast service is fenomenal. We could not be happier and would gladly recommend anyone to visit and stay at this location. By the way, this walking distance from many food spots (taco palenque rocks) and covenient for traveling north or south of Mcallen and it is located 3 minutes from the airport.

I called before hand to ask if they had a hot tub, it was confirmed that they did have a hot tub. I booked my room and showed up to the hotel to check in, while checking in i asked the staff if the hot tub was open they confirmed the pool area was open. Checked in to my room and got ready to go to the hot tub, and to my surprise hot tub was not functioning. No hot water in the hot tub. That was my main criteria for booking a room in this hotel to enjoy the hot tub.

Great pet friendly hotel!
Great hotel! Second time staying there with family and dog and they are very nice, friendly and accommodating. They made sure I had a first floor room since my dog is scared of elevators. Highly recommend’
