"Safe in room not working, requested several times to please check or change batteries, after 3 nights was never checked. No restaurant, no bar, no Vending machines. Requested 1 hour late check out, was denied, stating was sold out, but it seemed empty. No perks."

"My experience wasn’t good. The beach was useless, the swimming pools were dirty and smelly. The food on all restaurants buffet was vey poor. They only decent dinner I had was at a reservation place call Tabasco. They never dropped even a water bottle at my room. I guess you get what you pay for."
