The service from front desk, maids, and wait staff was excellent. The variety of breakfast items was disappointing. The gym was horrible.The jacuzzi wasn't nearly hot enough. Only one channel was in english. Sports channel variety was great.

I had an excellent experience at this hotel. All the staff were very kind and helpful, but we especially want to thank Antonio Balderas at the front desk, who helped us a lot with our reservations and tours, he was always willing to assist us with a great attitude. Thanks to him, our stay was much easier and more enjoyable. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place for its outstanding customer service!

Great little ocean front hotel!!

Was pleasantly surprised!!! Beautiful beach and waves 🌊 right in front… breakfast was GREAT!! Buffet settle with some fresh fruit, yogurt, Mexican options, coffee and juices, exceeded my expectations at such a value price!! Nice rooms most with some kind of ocean view… only bummer was hot tub was always cold… I wish they could hear the hot tub for the cooler Mazatlan evenings… hopefully next time… otherwise would definitely come back!!!

They first put us in a terrible room with a rusty, jail-like view. We complained, and they immediately moved us to an ocean view room at no cost, but we had to give up our king sized bed. Breakfast was free. Otherwise the restaurant was sub-par. The parking was free, but impossible to navigate with an SUV. Corners are simply too tight. Nice dog area. We never tried the pool. Direct beach access, and it's on the bus line.

Needs an upgrade!

I have stayed in this hotel many times and it’s an okay place I guess. Seems worn and in need of some upgrades. Clean enough. The food remains terrible and the cocktails are also terrible. There is not too much within walking distance. The beach is wonderful as is the pool and hot tub. It just needs an update!

The only positive was the easy walk to the restaurant across the street. The hotel itself was not tolerable. We checked out after one sleepless night. From the small room sizes, that are adequate for an overnight stay but not longer, to mold in the shower, toilet that constantly self flushed and gurgled, to the breakfast that was a shamble by 10 AM when we went down.

Room was cozy and room service was excellent. The shrimp ceviche was excellent. Would like to have had a few more hand towels and wash rags. There was only one hand towel and no wash rags in our room. But other than that, everything was wonderful.

Overall our stay was comfortable. There was the odd issue with water pressure in the room, but it never lasted long. The hot tub for some reason never got hot. Not sure why. The included breakfast buffet was suitable for us and the wait staff was great. For the price this hotel was a great choice for us and we enjoyed our week there.

Wow!!

Wow!! Looooooooved it here!! Park Inn is far away from all the hustle and bustle of the malecón which for some it might be an issue but for us being away 10 minutes was just perfect because the beautiful sandy beach is literally a couple of steps away!! The staff truly AMAZING and the hearing the waves crashing all night long was just dreamy. Breakfast was included and the food was very good with lots of choices. Beds are a bit firm and pillows are small but the cleanliness is great. We will definitely recommend to stay here.

Hotel looked decent online and got great reviews but unfortunately we were disappointed. The room we got assigned was dirty, stuff all over the floor and the chair had a gross stain on it so we had to move rooms shortly after check in. The new room was better but the bathroom counter was cracked and it is definitely a little outdated. The housekeeping was a hit or miss, some days it was cleaned decently well and other days there was dirty cups left and the shower wasn’t even cleaned. Breakfast buffet was okay, fresh fruit and juices were great but there was not a lot of options for vegans/vegetarians. Even the scrambled eggs had ham in it. It was very basic and mostly the same every day. There was no allergy cards either so you have no idea what’s in the food. We had some issues with the front desk staff as well and did not find them to be particularly helpful. Customer service definitely needs improvement. Due to the high tides, the beach was washed away and they blocked off the entrance to the beach so you could only access the beach through another hotel. Small inconvenience but not the hotels fault. For what we paid, it was a decent stay but not somewhere we would necessarily want to stay again.
