Good location, friendly staff , quite a bit of noise between rooms , i could hear what people were talking about in tenet room , instead of just taking a deposit they charged me the full amount , my first booking was Jan 7 to Feb 4 was charged the full amount after my reservation was made , i did not appreciate that

Winter get away from Canadas winter

Quiet location in sabalo country , close to good restaurants and bars , staff was very good , two blocks to the beach , lots of hot water , turn handle to the right not to the left like in Canada . Only down side was sound traveled from the adjoining room , big gap between door a floor . Usually neighbours went to sleep before I did so that wasn’t a problem

La comunicación con la responsable fue excelente, buena ubicación Toallas rotas y manchadas. En 4 noches el internet no funcionó y salía bastante agua del baño cada vez que nos bañábamos. El lugar se miraba viejo y descuidado con fracturas en las paredes

Comenzaré diciendo que el aire acondicionado que tienen en la recamara es de capacidad muy pequeña y es el unico aparato de aire que tienen para todo el piso. Esta por demas decir que esa noche fue imposible conciliar el sueño, aunado a que se pago por una cama King y nos dieron una cama matrimonial, quisimos resolver esto mediante una llamada y nunca contestaron. Puse la queja mediante mensaje de WhatsApp y me constestaron hasta el siguiente dia ya que se habia desocupado la habitacion. Les hice ver lo mal que esto estaba y su respuesta fue, ni modo...el servicio ya fue dado...una disculpa..obvio no resuelve nada... Pero igual dejo este comentario para sepan las condiciones de este lugar.

Todo está muy bien, su ubicación, limpieza, trato de quienes están a cargo. Muchas gracias por hacer mi estancia placentera. Lo malo es que por ser invierno, la alberca estaba vacía, me hubiera encantado meterme a ella.
