"Todo muy bien con el departamento, buena vista, seguro. Lo que no me gustó es que llegue en vehículo híbrido y todo bien porque hasta encintre donde conectarlo, sin embargo sin avisar pudieron una caja y candado en el enchufe de corriente restringiéndonos su uso sin avisarnos, se me hizo de mala educación no avisar, si había problema por usarlo nos hubieran dicho o nos hubieran avisado si había q pagar por usarlo."

"Amazing view phenomenal unit extremely clean and new. Staff was amazing and very convenient too was more than I expected. I highly recommend this place in his family friendly it is in front of the water yet extremely safe and quiet during bedtime. We'll see it on the 10th floor I will definitely be returning mind you that these views are available everywhere but the peace and comfort and the staff will bring us back."

"Good location, friendly staff , quite a bit of noise between rooms , i could hear what people were talking about in tenet room , instead of just taking a deposit they charged me the full amount , my first booking was Jan 7 to Feb 4 was charged the full amount after my reservation was made , i did not appreciate that "

El barandal también comienza a a oxidarse.
Pero de ahí en fuera el lugar es perfecto para quedarse unos días...

"We had a horrible check in. The room was dirty it had not been cleaned yet when we got there so we had to wait 3 hours for the room to be cleaned , one room did not have a proper Ac working and when we cheled out i asked for a late checo out for the 3 hours i was owed and they charged me am additional 700 pesos for 3 more hours instead of giving them for free for the late check in, and they wanted to charge us an additional 200 pesos for a bracelet we never used , absurd and unprofessional never...

"The apartment was amazing. Super clean and spacious. The unit had enough cooking equipment and dishes to make simple meals. The bed was comfortable. The washer and dryer was a plus. "This was a great spot in a nice neighborhood close to everything we wanted. We loved just being a block from the water and malecon. The apartment had everything we needed and was the perfect size. It was amazing to have a washer and drier as well. We were very happy with our stay and the host was so responsive and helpful."

"We had a great time here. There was plenty of space for 6 (4 adults, 2 kids) of us. The view from the balcony is beautiful and the beach is a minute walk from the lobby. I do recommend staying here. "

"First, this is NOT a hotel. It's a small apartment building with not staff on site. Apartment was filthy. Don't look atop the headboard in the bedroom! Not sure what all the stains on the couch were. Don't open the cabinet above the sink, it'll fall on your head. Need to fill a pot with water? Turn on the faucet and then go for an hour long walk. The shower drain is so slow that you'll end up taking a bath. That's enough for now, it's bringing back bad memories...but i could go on. You've been...

"It was a real pleasure to be at this Holiday Inn Express, personal when far and beyond when was needed.
Special thanks to Rodolfo, Eduardo, Alexa and Jazmin at the reception, also Ramon was always ready to help when needed.
Thank you to Mario, Ibrahim and Abelardo at the restaurant.
Little advice, in general you have to improve the breakfast menu and the coordination between Restaurant, swimming pool and the hotel to avoid misunderstanding.
In a good note I will be happy to come back with my wife in December and I hope she would have as good impression as me and that we would enjoy our Christmas time in Beautiful Mazatlán.
