Apartamento moderno 5to piso, con excelente vista panorámica de sala y recámaras, por la principal avenida Sábalos Cerritos frente a la Gavias Grand muy cerca de la playa, cuenta con elevador y alberca, ideal para salir a caminar o pasar el día en la alberca.
A menos de 5 minutos de plaza comercial Galerías, Sams Club y Wallmart, donde se encuentran cines y tiendas departamentales, además restaurantes de comida rápida
Estamos también a solo 10 minutos de la Zona Dorada área llena de tiendas, bares y restaurantes y a 15 minutos del Malecón
El transporte público es muy accesible y está disponible todo el día, además hay servicio dé Uber, taxis y pulmonías
Hay una tienda de conveniencia junto al edificio Oxxo 24 hrs.
Es ideal para estancias cortas, medianas y a largo plazo, cuenta con todo lo necesario refrigerador, estufa, horno microondas, licuadora, tostador de pan, cafetera, enfriador de agua, utensilios de cocina, lava-secadora , burro de planchar, plancha, secadora de pelo.

Great condo!
This was a very nice, comfortable condo. Enjoyed our stay very much! Only 11 pesos a person to get downtown by green bus. Perfect!
