i liked the location of the hotel with easy transportation options the price very cheap and the staff very friendly the rooms spacious and well furnished but... the toilet was leaking and we had to use the hotel towels to step into the bath the internet was very bad the tv was very very small and the balcony door didn't have handle neither lock we did not feel unsafe but...

The key cards would not work properly and it was a hassle trying to get the door open. The AC went out in one of the rooms I booked and despite personnel going to check it, it kept going out till finally after a day they decided to move us to another room. That alone was very unpleasant to deal with since temperatures were very hot and made sleeping impossible.

El servicio del personal bueno no excelente, trabajan con lo que tienen, las instalaciones en muy mal estado de mantenimiento, sucia la recamara no limpian a profundidad solo por encima las áreas visibles, colchones y almohadas muy viejos en mal estado, regreso con dolor de espalda.

Me gustó mucho la ubicación, la vista que tiene al mar, la alberca también muy bien aunque muy fría, también la atención de el personal súper bien lo que casi no me gustó fueron laa habitaciones ya estan un poco viejas y descuidadas y luego el elevador no sirvio un dia y estábamos en el sexto piso, y ya k salimos las señoritas de recepción nos dijeron que estaban en remodelación las habitaciones que si no nos las habían ofrecido! 😕

El lugar tiene una ubicación inmejorable. La atención del personal es de excelencia y mucho respeto. Problemas con el elevador, habitaciones limpias, un tema con el numero de toallas, pero en general fue agradable y regresaría de nuevo.

Buena relación precio calidad , el internet no era muy bueno, hubo un día que no funcionó totalmente, lo bueno que el mar está cruzando la calle justo ahy está la bajada a la playa, ya hay elevador, hay que mejorar la limpieza de las habitaciones, y había animalitos abajo de las colchonetas, el aire acondicionado en las noches hacia calor no enfriaba completamente la habitación, pero si volvería ya que la ubicación es buena.

primero hablaron diciendo que no servía el elevador, luego dijeron que sí servía pero que protección civil no permitía usarlo, contradicción... para lo cual nos querían cambiar de habitación a una con menos capacidad, otros detalles ligeros ya sabemos que no es de 5 estrellas, pero cosas que con indispensables como lo es el refrigerador que no enfriaba, se les avisó, no hicieron nada, al igual que la llave del agua que sólo servía la del agua caliente y tenías que lavar los trastes con agua hirviendo, y la manija del cancel al balcón, nos quedamos encerrados y hasta que le hablamos a otra persona que nos fuera a abrir porque por fuera es casi imposible por lo duro y por la ausencia de la manija

Pésimo el hotel, deja en muy mal a la APP. Hoteles

Horrible el servicio, no lo recomiendo para nada, a Mazatlan si regreso pero a este hotel nunca. Llegamos el lunes y la puerta 402 no funcionaba estaba caida, la recamara estaba sucia, no habia sabanas, tampoco papel higienico, el baño super sucio hongos en la regadera, eramos 5 y solo me dieron 3 toallas aun y cuando solicite 2 mas te dicen que si pero no te las dan, la puerta del balcon tampoco abria, la señora de limpieza no limpiaba la recamara, y dijo que cada quien debe llevar sus sabanas y sartenes, nos presto sartene y estaban sucios, la cuchara con comida pegada para cocinar, salimos el viernes y tuvimos que dejar toda la basura por que no la recogian, el refrigerador tenia las parrillas oxidadas eso contamina los alimentos, tuvimos que dormir en un lugar sucio todos los días. Lastima que olvide tomar fotos para agregarlas pero no sabia que tenia esta opcion la App

野球場から近くて便利

フロントのスタッフの対応もテキパキしていて、とても好感が持てました。野球場に近いことが、滞在した理由ですが、昼間は、プールと道路を挟んだピーチで、のんびり過ごすことが出来ました。残念だったのは、部屋のWi-Fiが機能しなかったこと、深夜に食事をする場所やコンビニが近くに無かったことです。
