Delightful villa, very comfortable, in a very quiet and cool area, in Mazara del Vallo, just 650m from the sea, and 1.5km from the historic centre. Completely renovated in 2022. Ideal for 6/8 people. 10m x 3m swimming pool with hydromassage, large barbecue area. Pizzeria restaurant at 250m. Supermarket at 300m. Wifi, sheets and towels included. Charging station for electric vehicles. Very close to all services, and very well cared for. A real gem

The villa is located in a residential area, a few steps from the beach of Mazara del Vallo, and is in an excellent position for visiting all the wonders of western Sicily, just 2km from the historic centre, 4km from the Natural Reserve of Logo Preola and Gorghi Tondi, 30Km from Selinunte (largest Archaeological Park in Europe), 35Km from Birgi (Trapani) airport, and 90km from Palermo, sites of marvelous beauty close at hand, such as Segesta, the Salt pans, the Cusa quarries, the Aeolian Islands, Scala dei Turchi ... etc ... The city of Mazara del Vallo is renowned for its maritime tradition (Città del Pesce), it is in fact one of the most important and ancient seaports in the Mediterranean. The beauty of its sea and its beaches, the excellent cuisine (especially fresh fish, seafood, extra virgin olive oil and wine) will seduce you and make your stay unforgettable. We are able to provide you with travel assistance, such as taxi and/or shuttle services.
