THIS IS NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL! This hotel is very dated, not modern, and run down. On the way to our room, the lighting was overly dim, carpet stained and worn, and some rooms were wide open. Historico loft & rooms
The hotel, staff, breakfast, bathroom and bedroom were all very good. The poor rating is because it's impossible to get a decent sleep! The stairs up to my room and a cluster of other rooms are made of wood, so when one group of guests came home at 1:05am, I'm woken up just by their footsteps clomping ...
