"Great hotel, centrally located, reception was great. Breakfast was varied to suit most people and as much as you would need. Staff were lovely. Breakfast room on top floor, sitting inside or out. Haven’t got anything but good things to say. Reception ordered Marco the taxi driver for us when required. Had a great time"

"The hotel is located in a very convenient position, close pretty much to everything in Trapani. The stuff is wonderful! "My friend and I stayed at this hotel. We arrived on Sunday morning. We have friendly shuttle driver drop us off at the apartment and we were told receptionist won't be arriving until an hour. He suggested to go have breakfast which we did. Two hrs later we came back to the apartment tried to check-in. We saw a fews guys then they left. We approached receptionist, who seem confused and unfriendly look at us and I have to initiate about checking-in. He said apartment was not cleaned yet, but will be later. He hands us key and said come back after cleaning done and he will text and let us know. He explained apartment will be cleaned daily and towels will replace on 3rd day. Three hrs later we got text we can moved into room. It was not what we see on hotel.com advertisement. It was not as clean, bed was not made. There were no blankets or pillows. We have to look around for pillows and blankets that were placed in dresser and armoire. So we have to make our own bed. We used the same towel the whole week There were no towels replacement. Not as clean or sanitize. Each day they only come and pickup trash. No cleaning and no cleaned towels that was promised. Time to leave apartment for our flight on last day. We were told we need to pay 25 Euro while contracts said free shuttle from and to Airport. It was free from airport, but we have to pay going back to airport. It was misleading. I would not recommend this apartment. Very bad service."

"Wonderful property, and wonderful pool"

"THIS IS NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL! This hotel is very dated, not modern, and run down. On the way to our room, the lighting was overly dim, carpet stained and worn, and some rooms were wide open. Upon entering our room, it smelled musty/almost mildewy, the bedding and towels were very old, thin, and scratchy. The bathroom was also very unclean. Under the Sink was dirty, the toilet “flush” button wasn’t properly affixed to the wall and you could pull it about a half inch off the wall. The shower was also dirty, the grout was black in places from lack of cleaning. The entire floor of our room was sticky like it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. The blinds were also ripped so didn’t close properly. The gym also wasn’t part of the property. It was owned by another company, you had to pay to use (the fee is mentioned in the description) but it’s not open daily. I picked this hotel partially for having a gym available. Also there was an alarm going off for over 2 hours our first morning there. The staff was very kind and definitely wonderful but the facility itself and all that comes with it, is extremely low quality. They did end up comping a night as we called hotels.com to complain and they reached out to the hotel. But it Is easily only a 2 star hotel based on quality of accommodations. "
